Excellent service. I always get my hair cut at Anastasia's barber. I am especially pleased with the haircut of my beard. A real pro! It always takes into account the peculiarities of stubble growth, always an individual approach, and not like in many barbershops, which cut everyone the same way according to the standard and do not take into account that without their styling after an hour, the beard turns into you don't know what. Before contacting Anastasia in Dolce vita, I changed three barbershops with horse price tags. By the way, the cost of this master will pleasantly surprise you! COMPLEX COLORING after watching beautiful coloring videos on Instagram and the convenient location, I chose this salon 18.03 was on a complex coloring.when recording, they indicated the price of 300+ rubles. I asked for the maximum cost. they said no more than 330 rubles. at the end, 355 came out, the difference was small, everything would be fine, but they didn't paint the way they wanted. after removing the foil, there were red strands around the face.They said everything would be fine after tinting.The unpainted natural root turned reddish after tinting, and the hair was still reddish after washing. I wrote to the salon about the problem. They told me to come over and the master will see what's wrong 03/27 I came, they said the root rang because of the tinting. and the face is not so bright, because the master misunderstood me, although I showed the photo from the last coloring (they did it in the finish as shown in the photo) . Upon arrival, they suggested lightening the face and toning the root, then toning the rest in a different shade. not a word about the payment. After the hair was dried, the master said you would only need to pay for the materials. + another 50 rubles. the total is 5 hours spent on the first day and 3 hours on the other.In order to do what I wanted to do. 405 rubles , instead of the MAXIMUM 330 , it's up to you to decide whether to go or not)

I used to come here for a haircut and manicure, now I'll never go again. I have long and thick hair, I came for a haircut, specified the cost and am ready to pay any full cost for the service. The main thing is that I just get a haircut, as I always have before. The request is simple, in my opinion. As a result, they didn't even wash my hair (my hair was thick and long), they didn't make a uniform, nothing at all. They made me stand, and they just poured water from a bottle onto the tips to make them shorter. Then the bangs were also giggled and made shorter too. Everything else is as it was. No shampooing, no remedies were applied, nothing at all. At the reception, the cost was rolled out more than previously agreed. For what? She left in a depressed mood. The master simply did not want to bother and work, she did her work superficially and artistically. I was walking home and it was a shame. You usually come to the salon to get a haircut, as well as for a dose of some positive emotions from it. She always left the salon in a good mood. It's like they're making fun of me now. Now I will find another salon in Gomel for myself, where they will fully provide services, ask if they liked everything and take the amount stated in the price list or at least explain what the surcharge is for. In my case, it's generally funny. Yes, I had to make a claim at the reception, but I didn't want any clarifications and scandals.
