The diagnosis: Pulmonary edema and heart trouble, transient cardiomyopathy (the effects of anesthesia and surgery in another clinic), Koteyka was taken to the hospital yesterday.The administrators communicated very politely, and I am very delighted with the doctors of the hospital Yulia Lagunova and Nina Soleychuk. The veterinarians are professionals of the highest profile, they love their work and do it clearly and politely, and, most importantly, they clearly explain everything about the animal's condition, they do not impose anything superfluous (as was the case in other clinics), on the spot the full range of services is provided, there is no need to take a sick animal anywhere separately. Quickly and efficiently, the call center is always in touch and the DOCTOR HIMSELF CALLS the owner AND ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS! If I had brought the cat to you yesterday, I would have saved a decent amount of money, not to mention time, and the cat would not have suffered traveling to specialized specialists. We went to another clinic, where we were correctly diagnosed, and are now continuing treatment. I want to tell my story about saving my cat. In August, I discovered a lump in his mouth. We were taken to the clinic where we were always treated. We had an operation. A month later, the tumor reappeared and we were advised to consult an oncologist. They began to look for experienced doctors based on their friends. Among them was the doctor Pileyko Viktor Viktorovich. We made an appointment with him. The doctor looked at the cat without looking at the tests! He concluded that the cat had 1.5 months to live, with the words "metastases will go to the lungs and the cat will stop breathing"! Also, "of course, you can do a CT scan for 700 rubles and an operation for an approximate amount of 1300 bel. There is a conclusion with these amounts! I was almost desperate not to save the cat. But I wasn't ready to let him go and accept the diagnosis. I decided to fight to the last. I went to another clinic. We had an operation there, and they took histology. And the result turned out to be a benign tumor!!! My fuzzy will live! People! Don't give up! Fight for your animals and don't stop at one opinion!

To sit in line for two and a half hours, in order to enjoy the utter incompetence of the "doctor" Voronets Alesya Vyacheslavovna. But they called in advance and clarified whether it was necessary to make an appointment for analysis, no, he was on a first-come, first-served basis. When you try to clarify what at least an approximate waiting time will take, you get the answer "long" and only when I started listing the numbers I was able to pull out the answer for more than an hour and so twice. I would ask Alyosha Vyacheslavovna to send only cats who are able to go to the couch on their own, lie on their backs and perform the procedure, because a hissing and frightened cat causes her a storm of emotions with threats to abandon the procedure, "advice" to take sedatives (which the cat is already taking) and other extremely useful advice in a rough form. 2 stars exclusively for the second doctor, who helped to hold the cat and even tried to calm him down a little verbally and scratching his hind legs.

I want to leave a double review about the specialists and, in general, about the Dr. Vet clinic. Spoiler alert: it's a pity you can't give a negative rating!! I advise everyone to avoid this place. 10 years ago, there was an excellent qualified clinic, then they only took animals (a cat and a dog, which will be discussed), because the clinic is across the street from the house, all vaccinations and health checks were carried out here, and they were very satisfied. In May 2024, my cat's gums start to bleed, so she refuses to eat, after a million attempts to call (eventually she went to the clinic itself), after making an appointment, we go to the doctor (unfortunately, I did not remember the last name), who does not even recommend taking tests, etc., says: "Anoint it with gel, it will pass and it will start to eat" I buy gel, apply it on the doctor's recommendation for several days, the situation does not improve, the cat is exhausted and stops drinking water, and I decide to urgently go to any other clinic. In another clinic, a doctor with huge eyes listens to my whole story and recommends that I get tested urgently, because most likely the blood from the gums is the kidneys... the next day the tests came, the doctor called us back and said that the tests were all increased by 10-18 times!!!! And she has kidney failure... the cat has passed away ... yes, kidney failure in cats is not treated, but the negligence and indifference of the doctor of the clinic Dr. Vet on the face. It's a shame!!! The second story is happening to this day with our dog... 2 years ago, the dog started having epilepsy attacks, not a single doctor at this miracle clinic could provide qualified help, despite the fact that all tests are submitted to Dr. Vet. Now, when traveling to another clinic for our epilepsy, an inflammatory process and metastases in the lungs are randomly detected by tests and X-rays (which were also done in the DV)!! The dog is in critical condition and the "wonderful" administrators cannot help in any way (we were ready to sit 24/7 in the clinic, suddenly someone would not come to the appointment, but the administrators shrug their hands and say that an appointment is possible only in a couple of days. In general, the disadvantage is a small life and the struggle for a second life of an animal, and a lot of lack of qualifications, indifference, and professional incompetence. Since May 2024, I thought that I would not write this review. But now, for the second year in a row, pieces of our soul are leaving us. I advise the clinic management to review the professional skills of your staff.

Well, okay, they explained the situation, and in response we were told that we would be sitting for at least 3 hours — if you want to wait, go somewhere else! What does it mean? My animal needed urgent help!The receptionist didn't even offer to breathe oxygen!After a long conversation, she said that I could refer you to a neurologist!What kind of neurologist?- we need emergency help! We didn't want to wait 3 hours, waiting for something!And we had to go to another clinic.… I'm sorry, of course, but the administrator is the face of the institution! But we never got to the reception — we went to another center, where we waited only 20 minutes, with a huge number of people waiting by appointment and waiting in line, the cat received emergency help!In another clinic, they communicated with us very politely, without expressing any dissatisfaction or raising their tone! The next day, my mother came to Dr. Vet again, because the clinic is nearby and all she had to do was put a catheter in and breathe oxygen for half an hour.There's still a girl working at the reception, and after completing the procedure, Mom came over to pay.The girl counted and named the amount!To which, Mom asked, why such a cost?They answered her: "Catheter +1 hour of oxygen!Mom said that we breathed for half an hour, why should I pay for the whole hour?Why don't you warn us in advance?And I'm not going to pay for the whole hour!Get me the heads.a doctor!".The receptionist rudely replied, "Pay for the catheter and get out of here!"Do you think this is normal??!! They said that the blood should wait 1.5 hours, and the ultrasound is now. In the end, after 15 minutes, I asked how long. They said another half hour.....And started hitting on me like we didn't say anything. They lie straight to the eyes. They also say that everyone is being warned about a possible delay. Is the delay 5 or 10 minutes? Or 1...... 2 .....3....4 hours????? Maybe it's better to apologize, go to a meeting with a client, and not lose him???

I do not recommend this clinic. The dog was not given the necessary help, they came feeling unwell - pilonephritis was detected and gastro food was prescribed due to intestinal problems. A month later, the dog suddenly became ill, we were lucky again- we were told that the condition was critical- the dog was very ill and thin - all they prescribed was to sit for 6 hours in the clinic on an IV drip, doctor Malevich, who prescribed the food herself (knowing that the dog had kidney problems) she told us to replace it because it has a lot of protein and our dog can't have it, I wonder if it wasn't possible to think about it earlier, the dog could become ill due to improper nutrition. Also, when they came to the IV line by appointment, they stopped waiting for a free doctor, they could see if they were sick, of course they could not warn in advance. Unfortunately, our pet died due to negligence and improper treatment!

They are always trying to cram additional procedures into you in order to charge you money. The prices there are simply COSMIC , just look at how they justify themselves in the comments, "supposedly" we called you and told you It's all nonsense! The doctor called back, having learned the details, including that the animal was homeless, he said that there were no places. The next day, the kitten was gone. They took the kitten without any benefits, coupons, or anything else, and were ready to pay any money for his rescue, but apparently there are priorities. Bottom line: minus one life of purr, who fought to the last and died in his arms, and minus the clinic, which you will want to contact again.

Comparing with the doctor Olga Vysokogornaya (unfortunately, she no longer works at the clinic), I am disappointed. Previously, the ultrasound took place in 3 minutes, the animal lay still, they did not even shave its fur. I just didn't like the human approach. The reception was conveery, the doctor was unfriendly, and did not get acquainted with the animal for location. Usually doctors are naturally nice to animals and interested. The ultrasound lasted longer, the cat, who always freezes and is calm in fear, began to break out with some manipulations, which had not happened before. Maybe he was in pain. After the appointment, the doctor told me to just get a printout from the administrator — previously, after the appointment, specialists always took out a document with their signature. Perhaps this is an empty formality, but the unwillingness to spend even a minute of time on the standard clinic action after ultrasound - ?? It's not clear to me. It left the impression that the doctor, as a person, does not want to communicate with people or animals once again. The review is not about the clinic as a whole, I am disappointed in a particular doctor. I like doctors Kurzina E.M. And Malevich A.A., the clinic administrators are always polite.

The clinic is one of the best we've been to, and we've been to different clinics, we've spent a lot of money in different clinics. But this is an exception, the staff is polite, animals are treated much better than in other clinics, there is its own laboratory, all tests can be done on the spot, the price tag is certainly worth all the procedures, although it is a little controversial 😅 In general, I am very happy, only here we were given the correct diagnosis for our pet, we have been contacted here more than once, and it was here that a woman (not an employee) once helped us, the woman paid us all the expenses for our cat, she is a volunteer from the organization and helped in a difficult moment, so I advise everyone to contact here.

I have more of a recommendation on how to improve the service, regarding the passage of procedures on a first-come, first-served basis. it is necessary to immediately inform visitors that it may take half a day (not half an hour-an hour!!!!!), that if there is no urgent need, there is no point in using such an opportunity. or when a person says that he is getting into a live queue, immediately warn him how many such people are in front of him and give an approximate time. or offer to notify by phone when you are in queue 2, so that people can leave-arrive during this time. and then there will be quite a lot of negativity from people who were offered to use such a service, they counted on half an hour or an hour, and in the end it turned out to be 2.3 + hours, which is quite logical to expect))))

It's a terrible clinic. We went to the dog's examination extra late at night, and they put a 93% fatal outcome. They offered a hospital for 700 rubles or more per day. We decided the next day to show the dog at another clinic, where we took tests that were very good. They prescribed normal treatment. The dog is recovering. And here we are immediately offered euthanasia without any tests, ultrasound and other things. I don't recommend it. They just rip off money as best they can when they see that people are ready to give everything for their animal.

Well, you have to roll your eyes at every question, for authenticity. So that we don't forget where we are. 3. The treatment room (where there should be a hint of sterility) is dirty. Instead of harnesses, they use an elastic band with a clip (I'm still in shock). The staff was in torn clothes (this also creates an impression, if you are interested). A girl with dreadlocks almost to the floor (it's probably worth collecting all her beauty for a shift, no?). 4. The ultrasound of the heart lasted 3 minutes (and this is not the first time we have done it, and we are very surprised, we have something to compare it with). At the same time, the doctor did not comment on ANYTHING. Absolutely. Exactly the same as on the ECG. The main thing is that I did not forget to make a displeased face. Again, so that they don't relax. 5. Until you ask them to send all the documents to the post office, no one will move. Positive stars only for the wonderful anesthesiologist. The only employee who treated the dog kindly, talked about everything and it was pleasant to communicate. We have been observed in another center and we will continue to do so. If it hadn't been for the MRI scan, we wouldn't even have gone.

Good afternoon. I want to leave a negative review about the work of this veterinary clinic. An emergency appointment with a surgeon was needed. When I went to the company's website, I saw one (last) ticket for an appointment with a surgeon. I've booked it. There was no information that this was not a ticket to the surgeon. The cat was being driven from afar. After a little over an hour, the clinic called me back with the answer that there was no appointment with the surgeon, while they said that that last free appointment was not for the surgeon, but for a dressing, the surgeon was operating and there was no time. There is an indication in the application that the final confirmation is after a call from the administrator. BUT, the ticket was ordered. When asked how to resolve the situation, I was told to contact another clinic, no other offer was received, if I have any questions, I was offered to call the feedback department (the same administrators or call center), if something does not suit me, write a letter. I would like to highlight the problem of personnel (the work of administrators) to the management. What kind of reputation can a clinic have if in emergency situations (I'm not talking about a routine check-up) do you see complete indifference and indifference to the health of animals in this veterinary clinic? We also had questions about the animal's health after the operation there. We did not deal with this issue, but in vain... As I see it. People are willing to pay a lot of money for their loved ones, for each owner-his pet is a member of his family, but you do not get participation and understanding, prompt resolution of the issue. Sorry..Please sort out the booking system on the clinic's website. Administration -0 stars for organizing and resolving issues. As it is. This is my opinion. Although there are good doctors there.
