A great store. A large assortment. Polite staff. There are often discounts and promotions when you can profitably purchase what you need for your pet. I bought a lot of things there, from bowls to medicines, and everything turned out to be more profitable than competitors or online.

Strange sellers, maybe they haven't moved away from the holidays yet... I made an order for 2 different feeds. While the order arrived, I realized that I still need 2 identical ones, when I came to pick it up, I told the seller that here is my order, there are 2 different feeds in it, I need one of them, and I will take 2 packs if you have another one at the point, or this one, if there is no second one. The seller began to carry some nonsense, like "where am I going to put this food, they were taking it for you!". I say, "what exactly is the problem? Then you can simply cancel the order due to the customer's refusal and just then sell me 2 packs of feed if you have any difficulties in selling the order in part.".. With grief, she sold it to me in half, but said that those goods that are not picked up by order are then obliged to be redeemed, that is, as I understood it, she personally will have to redeem my feed. What kind of nonsense is this?) This is the first time I've heard such an absurdity, and also an attempt to impose a sense of guilt on me, God knows where they came from... And it's still January 7th, Christmas day)) Very "pleasant" sellers, as they write here, are just 11 out of 10!! Well, be prepared that if you ordered something and changed your mind about taking something from it, you will be brazenly forced to buy it. What for? It's not clear, but it's unpleasant. There are no special complaints specifically about the entire network, but there are now some complaints about this point.
