If you are looking for a child psychologist to consult, this is definitely not the right place. Not a single constructive advice (which is what we came for), a cliched "diagnosis" without sound recommendations, wasted time and money.
I do not recommend it! We were looking for a speech therapist who would be easy to talk to in the first place, but this is definitely not Tatiana! I read a negative review from Natalia... And I completely agree with her, the situation is one-on-one! From the first lesson, buy a subscription right away! And in a rough form! Apparently they run away like me after the first lesson!!! I wonder, but maybe you won't suit me? After all, they do not return the money!!! This is the first time I've seen this!!! They don't give you checks, the main thing is to pay. I ask as a child, they gave me a piece of paper for payment (this is probably the most important thing for them!!!), a piece of paper with text for home, assignments and I'm free! A solid negative!!! We will look for another place where they want to help the child, and not help you get rid of your money! Just a tip... Do not buy a subscription right away!!!

The most important thing is of course the result! The child was given sounds with which there were questions. Classes are always exciting. Tatiana has found an individual approach to my child, which not everyone succeeds)) Thank you very much!
I would like to share my opinion.
The preface. We were looking for a speech therapist to start speech. The child does not make contact with everyone, chooses kind, open people, he is active and mischievous. Anastasia, who is also the director, advised us, we liked her very much and the child even tried to do something, reacted to tasks. In the end, we were told that we were assigned to another person's group, Tatiana, and assured that she was a super specialist and would definitely find an approach to him. They told me to pay for the consultation along with the subscription. It was also not clear with the amount for the subscription, because Anastasia said that everything would depend on the duration of classes.
Before the start of classes, they didn't tell us the amount.
We came to the first class and were greeted by Tatiana with a sullen face with the phrase to the child "go wash your hands", and to me - "pay". I was taken aback. The child is 3 years old, the washbasin is high, he will not get it, even if he wanted to (a lyrical digression - the faucet is very dirty, like the children's pot, probably he did not wash for a long time). Tatiana, at least you would look at the child at all in order to give commands from the doorstep.
And now about the payment. I announced that I did not know how much the classes would cost in the end and reminded that I still had to pay for the consultation. Then it turned out that they didn't have a terminal, and I had cash with me, because no one warned me. We agreed that I would pay for everything on the second lesson. But everything sounded with the claim "what didn't they tell you?". Imagine Tatiana, they didn't say! It happens that way.
After the lesson, the speech therapist's verdict was short - your child did nothing and scattered everything. Here's a homework sheet and a good-bye. I have a question about the competence of this person, who is also a speech therapist-psychologist.!!!! I tried to tell her back that it might make sense to transfer the child to individual classes, but Tatiana refused and, like, agreed that we would look again at the lesson and decide there.
We came to the second lesson, Tatiana came from the threshold and in front of her was the same mom as me, who was also not told anything and the same phrase "what didn't they tell you?". Mom didn't have the right amount with her either. And then Tatiana rudely addressed me with a question about payment. I tried to tell her that I wanted to discuss the progress of the current class with her and that I would pay for it after the class. Otherwise, it is not clear whether we will stay in the group or switch to individual ones. But no one was going to talk to me. She attacked me, I can't say in any other way that you are choosing here and dared not pay for the consultation and did not pay for the first lesson. I was so taken aback by the arrogance and accusations against the client that he is also to blame for the lack of organization and order in the center. And all this in raised tones. Tatiana also started a dispute that they seem to have a terminal, but due to her incompetence, she confused the terminal with the cash register, but I'm still to blame :). She also compared us with the grocery store that we should ask for bread there to pay "tomorrow".
I took the child, paid for 2 visits at an increased rate, where my child was not given anything, because no one tried to find an approach to him.
I do not recommend this place. The process of organizing classes is not structured. On Fri, late in the evening, we were informed in the chat of the schedule for Mon morning. It's kind of late for me. There is no contract for the provision of services. I was waiting for them to write down the schedule of classes, the cost and give me the way to the ERIP to pay. Even if it doesn't exist. That is, I think it would be possible to inform parents BEFORE the start of the competition of the final price and payment terms, and not to tell us off as soon as we crossed the threshold.
By the way, I tried to call the director of the center and inform him about what happened and the reasons for our departure, but no one answered the phone.
I want to thank the center and the speech therapist Tatiana for working with the result! We turned to more than one speech therapist, but this center really helped us. We started by launching a speech. The child made contact with Tatiana (this was already a good sign), and as a result, the child spoke. Thank you very much for the work done, I can definitely recommend this center!
