Every six months or a year I bring my half-breed here for brushing my teeth. Both masters do just fine, very quickly and efficiently. I am glad that our dog handler recommended this place in time, when I was already desperate, after intimidation in one of the "salons" in Minsk.

They cut, or rather, fixed a terrible haircut for our vestik in this salon in the New Borovaya. Unfortunately, they didn't ask for the groomer's name. We want to say a huge thank you to her! Our Lelia has become just a beauty))
The masters of their craft worked, golden pens!
And our dog also has a peculiarity - it starts to hiccup from fear and cannot calm down for a long time. So, after the haircut in this salon, our Lelia came out absolutely calm and satisfied. This means that they have a good attitude towards their four-legged customers here.

First, they make a record, you plan your day accordingly and are tied to the dog, and at the last moment they dial and cancel (since the groomer will not have time to cope with the dog before recording). Our service seems to want to earn money, but the quality of service does not keep up with this desire.

We have been going to this center with our dog for quite a long time. Shearing is not bad, it often depends on the master. Sometimes you need to be reminded to trim the claws (especially on the thumbs). But most of the time everything goes perfectly, our beloved doggie is shorn, fluffy and smells very tasty.
It is a pity that the cumulative discount is missing :(

The first grooming salon that refused to cut my dog's hair...
To say that you are surprised is to say nothing... The master refused to accept the dog (Pomeranian) for a haircut, citing the fact that the dog is in a neglected state, uncombed, etc., (I thought that people go to such establishments precisely in order to put the dog in order) "and in general, your dog's coat is spoiled and it needs to grow over, otherwise she (he) will soon go bald, because the previous master cut it incorrectly!!!" (we have been cutting hair in various salons for 7 years and no one has said anything like this before... (as well as vet doctors who we visit regularly) the dog grows over 2-3 weeks after the haircut. Among other things, the fact was brought to my attention that when handing over the dog to the master, I would need to write a receipt stating that the salon was not responsible for anything, because my dog somehow "breathes heavily and suspiciously" (what were they going to do with it ...?) Well, the cherry on the cake: my second dog, who was also with me, but they were not going to cut her hair, turns out to be cut incorrectly too and will soon go bald! (Who actually asked you...?)

I highly recommend it! After the Express Molt service in this salon, my golden retriever developed ulcers all over his back, especially closer to the tail. When the dog lay down or changed his position during sleep, he moaned in pain, did not allow himself to be stroked on the back, immediately shrank and sat down. As a result, the veterinarian prescribed prednisone for 10 days and confirmed that this condition was caused by poor-quality services.
The dog was also painfully tired and intimidated after going to the grooming studio. There was a nervous tic on his nose, one mustache was constantly shrinking.
After my feedback about the studio on social networks, they were silent at first, and then they called and the only suggestion from them was that I come with my pet to the studio for a conversation and inspection of the dog. I say that I am convinced that this is your fault and it makes no sense to prove anything to you, because a refund will not return the dog's health and my nerves spent. To which they reply, "and no one tells you about the refund." That is, the only thing the studio offers is to come and spend your time on meaningless conversations.
I would like to note that there were no apologies either. Not once.
And by a "lucky" coincidence, videos from their cameras, where you can see how the dog was treated, are stored for 5 days. "Successful" - because I wrote my review 5 days after the procedure.

Okay, mistakes happen. But the animal is crying, and I can't figure out what's the matter. I found the place of the cut on the inside only after carefully examining it. It is elementary to inform and apologize, because you can, if possible, advise him to attach something to his paw.
