The girl ordered a pizza on a thin dough, and they brought it on a thick one. It seems to be "well, it happens", and the end of the day, the pizza chef could have made a mistake, nothing terrible, but she was very upset. Right strongly, guys, you understand how it happens, almost really to tears, the mood is in the negative. I took a picture of something there, then she says "I won't post it anywhere, what's the point" in short, a tragedy in three acts. I say, let me just dial it, let's see how it goes.
As a result, I typed in, the request was handed over to the manager, he contacted us after 15 minutes (I think quickly) and offered to deliver the pizza on thin, less than an hour and the pizza as she wanted was with us. I only regret that I did not ask the manager's name / did not remember, and I and he are positive, 100% understanding of the situation, absolutely no feeling that they are trying to tell us to "eat what they gave" and not a degree of conflict!it's not at all about the "free" pizza, but I was really impressed by the level of customer orientation, worthily. The red onion is clearly indicated in the chicken bomboni pizza, it was not physically there, but pineapple appeared, it seems to me that onions and pineapple are not interchangeable products, personally I hate pineapple in pizza. There was also mozzarella cheese, which was very much appreciated.There were 6 pieces in total. The pizza was not big. Well-fed and delicious. But there is one drawback. Pizza sometimes falls apart.
