I came to buy a pizza with me. I waited for half an hour, but the progress bar with my name didn't change, and then it disappeared altogether. I went to find out when to wait for the order, to which they replied, "Oh, and you still need to do this." It sounded like they'd stupidly forgotten about me. There were a couple of other poor devils in the room who wanted to get their order and leave as soon as possible. Despite the fact that no one warned that waiting for one pizza with a couple of drinks could take so long. Some of the staff worked very actively, while the other part was deliberately slow, which probably explains everything. Or maybe this is normal for the Dodo system, I do not know, but the impression was pretty spoiled.

We ordered a Cheese Chicken pizza. Opening the box at home, they found that instead of pizza, there was a cake greased with cheese sauce, covered with a small layer of cheese. It didn't even smell like chicken. The complaint was addressed to the manager, who did not introduce himself during the call, and also does not have any information regarding the grammars. When I asked how much chicken should be in this pizza, he replied that he looked at the camera and everything was fine there-they poured a glass or two of chicken into this pizza, everything was in line with the norms. To my next question, "so how many grams?", he replied, "I do not know, but it is clear that everything is fine!" After I sent the photo of the pizza I made, he said that after carefully examining the photo, he did not find any flaws. And on those pieces where there is no chicken, it's just hidden under a layer of cheese. Disgusting! The child's holiday was ruined! I don't recommend the pizzeria to ANYONE!

I am writing a second review for this pizzeria, all for the same reason. Today, on 02/18/2024, we decided to come here again, there were no places near the children's room, guess why? Because all the places were occupied by teenagers, they had semki, chips, nuts on the table (pizza was not observed there). In the children's room itself (which is for toddlers) There were also two guys about 15 years old. We somehow pushed the guys at the tables, and in response we heard a lot of "and chetakov?! Well, chetakova?! And we are nothing!" At the moment when this company grew to 11 people (11, Carl!!!) we turned to the administrator, the administrator tried to culturally escort them out, but where is there!!! They just moved to the other side of the hall, and 5 more teenagers came into the empty seats next to us half an hour later. In total, almost the entire hall was occupied, while there was only one free table and two tables were occupied by visitors who came to order pizza (and this included us), the rest of the tables were occupied by teenagers. We tried to "reel in the rods" faster, because they behave disgustingly, it was just unpleasant to be there, as if in some kind of shabby flophouse where the rabble is flocking. Dear administration, how profitable is it to pay for the rent of a room in which 3 tables out of 15 are functional? P.S. Finally enter the deposit system! P.P.S. Apart from the infernal heat, the atmosphere is pleasant and clean. There was just no one at the checkout at the time of the visit, you had to wait under this oven straight from hell.
