Hello. I have previously left a complaint against your institution regarding the RUDE attitude of the staff due to the Kazakh language. You replied that the problem has been solved, but unfortunately the situation has repeated itself over and over again and today it has become EVEN WORSE.
I visited your place again today. First, I asked the cashier about the promotion, where it was written on the dodopizza.almaty page that "Dodster is less than 1,000 tenge in Almaty and Almaty region." The cashier said it wasn't true. Okay, I contacted support and they confirmed that there is a promotion. Why do clients receive false information???
Secondly, when I asked in Kazakh, the second employee started mocking me, saying "Did you understand something?" and so on several times. When I came in the second time and said, "Take a glass of beer," she started laughing and mocking again. Is this normal employee behavior?

For Kaskelen, this is a benchmark. This is the very first dodo pizzeria in Kazakhstan. At the time, it was just a bomb.
Everything is according to Dodo standards. For cities with millions of people, everything is average, for the district center it's just space.
It's not like that anymore, but it's still decent.
Clean, tidy, normal Wi-Fi, super location. When I visit Kaskelen, I often come to work.
