We were always allowed in with a stroller and did not make any comments, but on May 8, the cleaner suddenly decided to make a remark to us, not even in a polite way, but rudely "take the child in your arms and hold the stroller outside." The child was sleeping very little, and we wanted to have lunch, the order was paid for as "in a cafe", they did not offer any solution, they did not go to a meeting... and the receptionist refused my request to provide cups with a lid for juice so that we could take it with us!!!! 2 glasses could solve the conflict... but the staff decided not to compromise... disappointment

An absolutely outrageous situation: we were not allowed into the cafe just because we were with a baby carriage! The child was asleep, he wouldn't have bothered anyone, but the staff didn't even try to offer an alternative or show even a drop of understanding. Just a cold “you can't use strollers" and that's it.
How can you treat parents with young children like that? This is not a concern for customers, but outright disrespect. The cafe, which positions itself as “cozy”, is actually closed to families. We will never return here again, and we do not recommend it to others.

The table, for 10 minutes, no one put things in order on the table - they turned to the cashier twice to wipe the table, while there were no people, the hall was empty!
