The score is low, for the reason that I cannot order online with cash payment for pickup. And I'm standing in line to order and then spend 20+ minutes in the restaurant while the pizza is cooked. A terrible attitude towards a client is a terrible assessment in the end.
I answer the answer: he called and told me that the order for pickup is only at the pizzeria checkout. So your answer provides false information.

I've eaten many times here, on average. There is almost no filling in the pizza (all the ingredients are as thick as a hair), orders on busy days are 30+ minutes. A big plus is the 1 + 1 promotion (so the price at least more or less with the number of fillings converges). The tables are often dirty. Once the napkins were not reported. A couple of pizzas are really tasty and satisfying. New positions of "MEGA" pizza, I did not understand at all what is mega in them. If you didn't like something and write a review in the application, then the manager will call and apologize and give you a coupon for a 10-20% discount, customer orientation is on top. The staff is polite, I will help you with everything if necessary.

There's no filling on half of the pizza, and the cat didn't cry on the other half. We ordered 35 cm, but 32 arrived. We paid 25.5 rubles with a promo code. But it's not worth it at all. It looks and tastes like a flatbread from the Neighbors. But there they ask for 3p for it.
It's kind of sad and tasteless.

The application lives "its own life".. the information does not correspond to reality. As a result, I canceled the order almost 2 hours after registration. And 15 minutes later, a pizza courier arrived 😬 they didn't even notify the courier that the order was canceled!!! In general, the disgusting service, the lack of organization of the process, and the persistent reluctance to order ever here.

I was picking up the order. Yandex courier. I was waiting for 2 lemonades to be made, there was also a dodster and pasta in the order. The cashier was giving orders to the guests. Mix up. I gave the delivery dodster to the guest. I say run and change it, it hasn't been opened yet. Then there was another queue of people. The cashier is with them again. After 7-10 minutes, I say: give me the package - I'll pack it myself. Result. The restaurant manager decided that there was no expectation of a fee and filed an appeal in support. Is that how they teach you in training? To cheat ? Bring out more employees or let the manager get into position, and not the organization suffers from such nonsense. It's disgusting. It's a shame. Does the management approve of such actions? The order is dated July 17th. 11.24.

I called technical support, they said they could connect you with the point manager, for which, if there is no mood or time, the manager himself called after 2 hours, described the situation, in response he heard that I had recently been working here and did not even know that there was an order point, and a pick-up point in the form of plates, signed,2 cash registers! How can you be a point manager and not notice for half a month that such a system is nonsense? He said he would fix it, nothing has changed for 2 months! I go there 4 times a week, everything is the same with signs ... I told all my friends and acquaintances, they no longer go there and do not order 👍

1. Forgot to give the dodster, even though I forgot it myself in a hurry
2. They said that my order was taken away, after presenting the application they gave it back
3. Instead of one of the two large pizzas, they gave the second medium one, to the question what was wrong, the answer was "if you don't want it, don't take it."
