I read the reviews and am surprised. This pharmacy will always serve you quickly and efficiently, if you come to them with a good mood and a smile)
To the review below: although I am not an employee of this pharmacy, I know that medicines are dispensed in the order of arrival, that is, incomplete packages of the old batch are supplemented with plates from the new batch. Or are the pills from the crossed-out package somehow different from the uncrossed one??
"... I was insulted." Sometimes some people, especially pensioners, remember the saying: "you see a straw in someone else's eye, but you don't notice a log in your own." I have repeatedly faced abuse of pharmacists from pensioners.
As for the prices: now everyone has access to the phone and the Internet. Call, visit the help website and see the prices from the comfort of your home. There is also a booking option. This is also a big plus.
I went to this pharmacy on 04/27. , never set foot again. The employee couldn't find anything (she said she worked part-time here).
I understand the pharmacy and medical staff (because I'm in this system myself), but there's just some kind of misunderstanding. Very strange communication with clients (not correct, somehow unpleasant), the searches are just endless. And there are constant excuses: the Internet application has incorrect information about the availability/absence of drugs, the inventory was taken yesterday, the relocation is possible, or she is only moonlighting here.
In total, I spent about half an hour just waiting for an employee to get through somewhere, and I missed four people in front of me.
Today, on March 24, 2025, I purchased propanorm from this pharmacy closest to my home: the pharmacist commented on the actions of the buyers, expressed condemnation of the buyers' attempts to clarify prices, and was outraged by the visitors' refusal to buy a complete package crossed out with crosses. I'm a pensioner, and the young girl at the checkout insulted me in front of other people! It's been a long time since I've come across such shameless rudeness in my city. I am ashamed of the capital of Belarus.
A pharmacy with a wide selection of medicines and affordable prices. During the visit at lunchtime, I faced a rather long queue, since only 1 ticket office was working. But I was served quickly.
Often there are the right drugs at low prices, either a discount, or a network promotion. However, it is not very convenient to stop by, but on foot is the most!
Strange as it may sound, this pharmacy is like a home for me, pills, medicines, over-the-counter and over-the-counter injections, vitamins, cosmetics. Right there in this pharmacy, I bought myself a tanometer machine. The girls at the pharmacy will always listen carefully and advise, and the prices are acceptable.
A good pharmacy. The assortment is like everywhere else. Prices vary, some are cheaper, some are more expensive. I like being close to home. If something is urgent, then it helps out.
A good pharmacy, not high prices. By the way, the lowest price in Minsk was for my medicine. The staff is qualified. Minus one - I often stand under doors closed for 10-15 minutes.
A good pharmacy. The prices are acceptable when compared with the pharmacy across the street. There are no queues, polite staff. A good choice of medicines and more.
