We ordered two shawarma dishes today, one classic (everything is fine with it) , the second one is beef! But we didn't see any beef in the order, it was written on the paper, but in fact, chicken, mushrooms (which I absolutely cannot eat!) cabbage, cucumber and a bunch of sauce, and as a result, it just crumbled in my husband's hands, I never got to try it! Because of the mushrooms! The difference in price between mushroom and beef testi is not large, almost 3 rubles. But we didn't get any pleasure and high-quality service from today's order! It is extremely unfortunate that there will be no feedback!

I ordered a shawarma with beef for 12 rubles
. On the plus side, it was done in 10 minutes, on the minus side, there was a lot of sauce in the shawarma, you literally chew it and only it and feel like 30-40% of the charm is sauce. And since the ingredients themselves look fresh, it's a pity I couldn't taste them:(

A very cool vegetarian doner with beans. Hearty and delicious, the proportions of the ingredients are perfect. Regular doners are great too. But I didn't like falafel, it tastes the simplest and is a little dry.
Unfortunately, Donerburg has only one point. I would like to see such an original pleasant taste more widespread in the city. I'm waiting for discoveries!

I couldn't get through to place an order for 20 minutes!
There is also no mobile application or website from which you can place an order to arrive and pick up, and neither wait in the subway while the shawarma is prepared.
The shawarma itself is delicious here, there are no questions. But the customer service is not built at all! I really hope that the owners will fix the situation soon.

The sauce is also kind of unpleasant. In general, it's not tasty. I believe that such a shawarma is not worth the money. You sell at a price like in Papa Doner, but you don't reach the quality at all. Your shawarma should cost a maximum of 7-8 rubles.
If you're hungry and want to have a snack, it's better to buy some samsa (nearby), it's really delicious.

For the last couple of months, since I decided to give another chance, I've been taking it here all the time. The twist, the ingredients, the balance of taste, the pita bread itself - everything is fine. The only thing that sometimes bothers is too much sauce in the same teisti or Japanese, which makes the taste become cloying and it becomes unpleasant to eat. Regarding sauces: I do not know how to explain (if I knew exactly the whole composition, I would say that it is not so), but the composition of sauces must either be changed or corrected. I watched how both shawarma were cooked. Do you know how they differ from each other? Nothing, in one the sauce is ordinary, on sheets of pita bread and on top, in the other Arabic - ordinary on sheets and branded on top. At the same time, the quality of both sauces leaves much to be desired, not just the best, but a substitute.
I understand that judging by the comments, most people like sauces. But, I repeat: all sauces are in the trash. There are substandard and spoiled ingredients. Recently, a gag reflex has always been developed. I'll probably only take cappuccino there already. And then, if they give it now :))))

You can order any shawarma, everything is delicious and energetic, The prices are slightly higher than in a regular shawarma, but it is not as tasty as here, meat is not spared, as is the sauce.
