It's a good store, it's a pity that there is one in Minsk (or not one, I don't know, I haven't seen it anywhere else). A large assortment, reasonable prices. It seems to be an adequate staff. The quality of the goods is ordinary China, i.e. a lottery. Installment cards were not accepted in the summer. Maybe it was a temporary phenomenon, or maybe not. In general, I recommend it.

It was the first time I visited a store in this chain.
I was surprised by the large selection of PC components, my own brand at fairly budget prices.
There are no annoying consultants, you can take the product yourself, open it and check it.
A separate plus, a self-service checkout, no need to stand in line, punched, took the check, left

It's a great place, I've been hoping for several years that we'll have a DNS someday, and lo and behold! I bought from them only once, but there are already several disadvantages:
I arrived at the DNS at 16:00, after 5 minutes I was already standing at the checkout, everything was paid for, but since the goods were from the showcase, there was no box, and the only thing I asked was to pack, at least, in film.
But there wasn't a single consultant in the room to help me answer the question of where they were, I was told - at lunch. Okay, it's clear that the store has just opened, but I was told that they have lunch for an HOUR! Is this a joke? One thing pleases, the girl from the information center kindly agreed to help, and even agreed to unusual (collective farm) solutions. Thanks a lot to her! But the store itself is great, I won't say anything, I'll come back :3

The best! I bought a gaming monitor from them 9 months ago. Now the monitor is broken. I have no box left, no receipt, no guarantee. Just a correspondence with my son that I was going to buy a monitor. And the guys changed it to a new one without any questions. That's how you keep your mark! Only now I will buy equipment from them.

Unfortunately, the laptop did not work correctly, the screen often turned off for a few seconds and all applications were closed, it was brought to dns and within half an hour they replaced the laptop and inserted my old memory into it, and the problem was solved, and my data helped me save, there were no more problems with the laptop

A good store, a unique assortment (especially because of its own brands) is very different from its competitors, which is very good, but still it is very weak. Prices for something are much cheaper, and for something much more expensive than in other stores. A very loyal approach to returning the product, if it suddenly did not fit or even just changed your mind. I'm shooting one star for a crude online store that shows all the scarcity of the assortment. In some categories, there are only a few items available, or there may not be any at all. All other products are offered to be ordered via WhatsApp, or telegram, and this is at least inconvenient. The lack of an opportunity to order immediately on the site most likely indicates an unsettled delivery from Russian warehouses (I do not know here anymore, most likely there are reasons and difficulties for this). But I also want to highlight a huge plus of the online store - it is a storehouse of reviews for any equipment, both from photos and videos, since DNS is still a huge network and millions of people buy their products.

Prices correspond to prices in Russian DNS, which is cheaper, for example, televisions that are assembled in Belarus. The store area is small. There were a lot of visitors in the store on June 9. It is located far from the city center + the lack of a website and an application reduces the desire to visit the store. When the website and the app work, everything will be great and the store will be out of competition.

The range offers almost all consumer electronics, including extension cords, batteries, steamers, irons, etc. I bought an Ardor Gaming Koradji microphone here for 116 Bel.rub, the price for WB and OZON starts from 180 rubles. The cost of products is much lower than competitors, if you do not take into account discounts and promotions. For PC assemblers, all components for assembly are offered, and for those who are too lazy to assemble their PC, ready-made assemblies with good stuffing for different price segments are available for them. You can also purchase kitchen appliances. The assortment of the store is simply amazing, I recommend you to visit!

I ordered the product a second time, the first product was purchased without any problems. I went to the website, selected the product and saw the inscription for the order, write to such and such a number. I wrote, the manager replied that the order was accepted, wait for it in 9 days. A couple of days have passed, I decided to clarify if everything is good with the product? They replied that it should arrive by the specified date. Today is the date when the product should arrive and as a result, after contacting the store, I received a response that the product did not arrive, we do not know whether it will arrive or not. Maybe it's over, or maybe it's not over. After saying that for 9 days they just froze me with the order of goods, I heard something that I did not expect from a store that had just arrived in Belarus and was developing a customer base. After my words, the manager began to behave brazenly, forgot the word customer orientation, for a second he almost convinced me, I almost blamed myself that I ordered something from them and they don't owe me anything at all, it's not for me to teach them. Having worked in a competitor company for more than 5 years, I have never allowed myself such an attitude to a client. No apologies for the delay, no informing the customer that the product has not been delivered, no suggestions for choosing an alternative product, nothing simple, well, I did not arrive, so what? Well, we don't care, what else do you want?

An idea appeared in my head that if the buyer consults himself and connects the goods for verification, then it would not be shameful to receive a salary instead of this consultant, whose role remained unclear. After this incident, the desire to buy a hair dryer in this store disappeared, I decided to buy it in another store.
