I want to leave my feedback on this so-called store. I must say right away that I am as amazed and disappointed as possible with this store. Those who are used to high-quality service, such as a chain of stores, may not go to Dns and do not waste time.
No one will come up to you and ask you what you are interested in, no one at all. You will search for the right product on the shelf yourself, carry it to the cashier. And now the most interesting thing is that you will unpack and check your purchase yourself!!!! Shock? Yes! We have, they say, a self-service format...... When asked what is the guarantee for the product, they tell me to pay and we will see in the receipt, the cashier tells me this....the finish line. But that's not all. They refuse to fill out the warranty card, saying that they have a guarantee on the receipt more than if they had filled out the warranty card for me!!! Well, why do you need such people? Although on the other hand, there is an opportunity to evaluate the quality service and consultants of other networks. Don't set foot there anymore.
We went to buy a soundbar. The guy who was consulted showed and explained everything, connected and gave a listen. Then I unpacked the same new one, connected it again, explained everything under warranty. Fast and honest. Thank you (I forgot my name, unfortunately, a bright young man) . We bought the soundbar and were satisfied. The prices are very pleasant.
