I came here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Disposable slippers, a comfortable indoor temperature, a pleasant massage therapist (Elena) and a nice environment.
I came for a back massage. Previously, in other massage parlors, I faced the problem that my back was simply being stroked. There was no such thing! I've been badly beaten) I give 5 out of 5 for this kind of massage..and even for such a price.

Hello! I have to leave a negative review about the master of Ilin and the massage session, which was on July 14 at 20.00. I did not have time to get there, and 10 minutes before the scheduled time I warned about my 10-minute delay. At 20:11, I went to the floor, Ilina came out of the office for a meeting. In the process of changing my shoes, I clarified what kind of massage I wanted and asked if I could for 60 minutes, I did not hear anything in response (i.e. the time did not decrease due to my lateness)!
While doing the massage itself, the master was distracted by her phone more than once (at least 3 times), which significantly affected the quality of the massage (only one left hand was involved, the speed of pressing and the applied force changed, which clearly indicated that the master was distracted). I also found the massage itself strange, from time to time I worried about my health and the consequences of such a massage - it hurt and as if there were presses in the wrong places (this is certainly not my first massage and I have an idea how everything goes)!
After finishing the massage, I lay quietly for a few minutes, they brought me water, when I went to get dressed it was 21.03! Which already says that the massage itself did not take 60 minutes! I paid 60 rubles as for 60 minutes of back massage + shvz, but taking into account my delay of 11 minutes + 5 minutes of changing clothes before the massage, the session itself lasted 40-45 minutes, although the payment was taken as for 60 minutes!
There was a very unpleasant impression of the master and the current situation in your massage studio. Please take action and I am waiting for your response!
