Everything is great: delicious, clean. The location is convenient.
We wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, but there is no water. A little upset.
There's a shower running in the bathroom, which doesn't make the pressure very strong.
But the hotel is cool, I recommend it.

The hotel is pleasant on the outside, the same impression is in the halls and corridors, but the room is very cramped, old furniture, uncomfortable, TV above the mirror under the ceiling, very uncomfortable turning on the electricity. Definitely not 4 stars. Where does this estimate come from? They also took the payment twice, putting me in front of the fact 2 minutes before departure, as it turned out later, and withdrawing it from the card, now the partners are sorting it out. The only advantage is the location, Registan Square is a 10-minute walk away

Good location in the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really liked the breakfasts: a large selection and everything is delicious. Unfortunately, the coffee is only instant. On the downside, there is no micro-ventilation on the windows. You either have to close and turn on the air conditioner, or keep them open at night, which is not very pleasant on the ground floor. Hard mattresses. The staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, the hotel left a good impression.

The hotel is cozy, the staff is friendly and helpful. They asked for extra blankets and a kettle, everything was brought. Our room had hard mattresses- 3rd floor corner room. But in other rooms, the mattresses are good, soft (they were a big company and filled half of the third floor). Clean bathrooms are well cleaned every day. Good sound insulation of windows. Breakfasts are quite good, they bring what ends.

I didn't like it right away. There is no kettle, there is no cooler with water. No one in the room cleaned in front of us.
But a half-empty bottle of water was waiting for us in the room when we checked in. This is the cleaning here.

Does not match 4 stars. The breakfast is poor and tasteless. The staff eats breakfast from the same table with the hotel's customers, which is unacceptable. Bathroom accessories, as well as water, are a one-time promotion on the day of check-in. The receptionists sleep in the hotel lobby. But the cleaning is excellent.

A four-star hotel with a minus. The location is great. The rooms are nice, warm and cozy. The towels in the bathroom are very stiff and old, it would not hurt to replace them already.
The breakfast was so-so, I really didn't like it when we went down for breakfast, and many dishes were over, although there was still a whole hour before the end of breakfast and many had not had breakfast yet. If you want capsule coffee, you need to buy it.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly. It covers all the disadvantages of the hotel.

Rooms - no complaints at all. Clean, businesslike and cozy. There is everything you need and maybe a little more. a comfortable bed, clean white linen, pillows in sufficient quantity, a wardrobe with enough hangers, a safe, a spare blanket. Desk, mini fridge, bottle of water. Coffee table, armchair, TV. Free password-free Wi-fi. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, a toothbrush with toothpaste, bags of shampoo and shower gel, a shower cap. Three towels (hard). There are also waffle slippers. Everything is clean and thought out. There is also a shoe cloth, a brush, and a shoe spoon in the room. Everything is functional, enough and in moderation. There is a cooler on the floor.The breakfast is quite varied. The porridge was very tasty. For dinner, I will not say that it is delicious, There is a bowl of sweets at the exit, waiting places. Prompt reception, friendly, helpful staff. Supermarkets are within walking distance. A very cozy, hospitable, comfortable hotel.
