According to the agreement, the guys brought the car to Novy Athos right to the hotel and took it from there exactly at the time that had been agreed in advance. I didn't even have to ride to Sukhum by myself. The car has never failed during the entire rental period. And the sunroof added to the impressions when traveling through canyons and picturesque places)). I would especially like to note the pleasant function of "ala CTP". As you know, there is no CTP in Abkhazia and, in case of an accident caused by your fault, all the damage is your problem. And here, as it were, insurance compensates a little.
In general, good service and if I am in Abkhazia again, I will definitely look at them for a car.

I went online and found the divo auto website, wrote to the manager, quickly answered me as what, explained, agreed with him, and now a representative named Murat, to whom I want to express my special gratitude, drove a car with a full tank, clean, with all the necessary documents, told everything, explained. In general, I took the car for 4 days, but did not have time to go around everything, decided to extend it for another day, also wrote to the manager, extended it without problems for another day.
On the day of the return of the car, I also filled up a full tank, washed and returned the car to Murat, after contacting him. I arrived, walked around the car, checked, contacted the manager and after 5 minutes the deposit was returned. I took a Terracana to Divo auto for a week in March. I booked in advance and made an advance payment. The day before the issue, the am called the head, he confirmed the lease and told him to wait for a call. An employee called and, by agreement, drove the am to the sanatorium for an additional fee. The car is very old and its condition corresponds to the years, it is clearly visible that they are not watching the car. Upon inspection, it turned out that there was no jack and keys to replace the wheels, the employee said that if anything, call and we will help. It turned out in the contract that you can only drive along the main routes, it is strictly prohibited to travel along tourist routes, even on the island of Ritsa. How is that!? Why do you need an am with such conditions!? I wanted to refuse, but the employee convinced me, it's my own fault that I fell for it. Once I had to turn to them for help, the Terracotta did not open from the remote control. The employee was not even surprised by this, because the remote control was broken and rewound with tape, he tells me - you wait an hour and it will open, it often happens. I didn't wait an hour and insisted that I come and help with the problem. The employee agreed and said that the master would arrive in an hour. The master arrived four hours later and opened the car and asked not to use the remote control, it's good that you can open and close with the key))) The next day, the delivery of the am, the employee arrived and then it started.... It turns out he called a paid repair service and I have to pay for it. And they have my deposit of 15₽ For a long time we rocked the swing... It was a very unpleasant conversation, and they don't care about anything, the answer is the same - even if we gave you a broken remote control, but it worked on the day of the transfer! Kick ass logic))) Thank God I didn't puncture the wheel ..... help would be even more expensive than with the remote control. Perhaps they don't put tools on purpose so that they can earn money from helping tourists. I do not recommend this company. Plus, there is expensive fuel in Abkhazia, I paid 64 per liter for salara, the police are constantly slowing down, later I realized why, I drive buckled up and with the low beam turned on))) Locals don't do that. Well, the number of horsemen on the roads who have ten lives is also off the scale. And most importantly, no one insures cars in Abkhazia, there are no insurance companies!!! If God forbid an accident ..... Now in Abkhazia, as we had in the early 90s, the one who has more rights is right. The most interesting thing began when the car was handed over.
At 15:00 we inform you that we are late to bring the car at the appointed time, that at 18:00 we will orient ourselves according to the exact time of arrival.
In response: "You were supposed to hand over the car at 15:00."
At 18:00 we inform you at what time and where we will provide the car for delivery.
We arrived at the appointed time at 21:00 at the place indicated by us. We got on the phone.
In response: Go to the other end of Sukhum.
We didn't go. I had to wait another 1 hour for them to come to us.
As a result, they voice the need for additional payments.
Unwashed car (under contract): 1000 rubles. Okay, no questions asked.
The delivery of the car later than the appointed time, means an additional day: 2,450 rubles.
Delivery of the car during "off-hours": 1500 rubles.
After long negotiations with the manager, the total cost of deduction from the deposit became -2500 rubles.
At the same time, the main argument is that you provided the car 2 hours later than the required time.
I don't care that the delivery of the car was delayed for 2 hours and 40 minutes. I don't care that we waited 1 hour for the car to be delivered.
The manager promised to sort out the situation, but apparently there was no time.
I can't single out the advantages.
Minuses:
1. We have to wait for the car to arrive (we had 2 hours and 40 minutes)
2. We have to wait for the car to be picked up (we had 1 hour)
3. They try not to return the deposit in full.
All negotiations and agreements on the cost, rental time, place of acceptance and delivery of the car should be recorded in writing (in Whatsapp and the text of the Lease Agreement)! It is not written, so this did not happen.

On the day of delivery, they washed, vacuumed, and wiped the plastic. They were supposed to pick me up at 18 o'clock, and eventually arrived at 20 o'clock. They found out that the body is dusty. Although we were handed over in the mud. Then it turned out that he had distributed all the cash and there was no money left for us to return the deposit of 13k. We waited another hour for someone to get to the ATM and transfer money to us. We waited. They transferred 500 rubles less. Although the delivery to the place and the pick-up of the car was paid for earlier. For a long time we twisted our brains, as a result, we spat on these 500 rubles. It's not a big amount, but it's not nice.
