The hotel is good!Very nice staff! They help to sort out all the issues of interest! The main advantage is the location in the center.
Within walking distance of all infrastructure ,top attractions.
Separately , I would like to express my deep gratitude to the cook ..everything is very tasty! You have golden hands! 👏👏👏
Thanks to the whole hotel! From the bottom of my heart!💖☺️
I recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟
I haven't had a rest in the top three for a long time, but in Istanbul they decided to take the top three. In general, everything is very normal for the troika! We had a room with a sea view, 6th floor. The most important thing is the very friendly and friendly staff. I would especially like to mention the work of manager Yakub and administrator Karam. They always responded to requests, speak Russian well, are friendly and friendly. The bed in the room has a good mattress, the bed linen is excellent. There is a refrigerator, a safe. There is no kettle, but it is not critical! The breakfast is a buffet, without luxury, but you will not stay hungry. For the money that we paid is quite normal for ourselves.
I really liked the hotel! The room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Cleaning is almost every day, everything is clean and tidy. The food is delicious, and the breakfasts are varied. The service is friendly. A good place for a comfortable stay in the center of Istanbul.
Great location, close to Hagia Sophia.
The staff was pleasant and unobtrusive, the hotel was modest but clean, the room was cleaned, towels were changed every day.
The breakfast is simple, but in general everything is there.
The price is pleasant, we stayed for 2 days)
If you are an unassuming tourist, I advise you)
The advantages are the location, in the Chamberlitash area near Sultanahmet Square, which is probably all. Cons- very poor and tasteless breakfasts, even for three, you could at least add greens. It's very cold in the dining room, the doors don't close all the time, there aren't many places, and it's generally very uncomfortable. Coffee and tea are tasteless, there are no spoons, small or large, only disposable chopsticks. I barely begged for a kettle in the room, disposable glasses, and I have to beg for them at the reception. Although the description of the standard number indicated the presence of a kettle. The only cleaning is towel replacement, trash removal, and toilet paper replenishment. I asked for a wet cleaning several times, they promised, but they didn't do it, as the dust rose in lumps, and for a couple of days they didn't even lift the towels from the floor. The rooms are tired, towels, bed linen too. The bed was very uncomfortable, with a sagging mattress. I haven't had enough sleep for several days. At the reception on the last day in the evening, I asked to lower my suitcase, but they refused. The elevator broke down twice. It was repaired once for so long that there was no light in the rooms until nightfall. In general, it is normal to spend the night. But for 9 nights, I would choose other options.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and cleaned every day.The staff is polite and helpful. The service is good, attentive to the guests. The food is very tasty, I did not leave hungry. The location is close to local attractions.I am happy with everything, I recommend it.
We chose a hotel with a beautiful view for the rooms (for which, of course, you need to pay extra), and now we saw this hotel in the middle segment.
Go. We had a classic double room with amenities, but with a stunning view on the balcony!
This view overshadowed everything and made me fall in love with myself) everything else is not important.
At the price that the hotel asks for its services, everything is more than comfortable!
The radisson is not worth waiting for.therefore, think carefully about what is more important to you-the view from the room or the condition of the furniture and plumbing in the room)
One of the disadvantages is that the tour operator does not warn that the transfer will not take you to the hotel! There's a steep slope there - those who have trouble walking will have difficulties. We're either going uphill or downhill...
The transfer will not arrive at the hotel due to the slope. Maybe only lekovushki...
We lived on the 5th floor. The room is small and damaged. Not very clean. The view from the window to the Bosphorus is simply amazing. Overshadowed all the shortcomings. Sultan Ahmet Square is about 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace.
The staff is very competent and friendly. They speak Russian at the reception.
For a short stay on the "dumb sleep" itself.
The hotel is nice, the staff is very pleasant. The main advantage is the location in the center. There are colorful houses and narrow streets nearby. In general, the atmosphere inside and around is very cozy.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We didn't choose the hotel ourselves, we had a tour (it was just a 3* star rating).
The only advantage is the location. Well, tomorrow for 3 out of 5 (eggs, finely chopped sausages, cucumbers/tomatoes, olives, sirtaks, tea/coffee, dry cream - everything. I've been to 3* hotels in different countries and just didn't expect this. No omelets, scrambled eggs, porridges, cottage cheese, etc., no baking (just white sliced bread).
The rooms are terrible, the cleaning is disgusting (never washed, towels are stained), there is not a single shelf or hanger in the bathroom. There is no chair in the room. The audibility is terrible. The room itself is tiny. And that was the standard!!! Not an economy. Breakfast started very late (8.30). No water on the floors (only paid drinks at the reception). They asked for a kettle and gave it to me. They bought water. Tea too. And if you look into the battery, there's just such a layer of dust...🙈
I was with my daughter in January 2025. The hotel is good. Within walking distance of the blue mnset, Aya Sofia , a restaurant with a terrace where you can take photos and feed the seagulls. And I want to say a big thank you to Dilber, who cooked our breakfasts.Everything was great, thank you very much.
Before the trip, we looked at photos of the hotel and read reviews. Despite some bad comments, we decided to try to live here.
Don't make our mistakes. Nowhere has it been this bad.
Upon arrival, we were accommodated in a room in the basement, with a low window overlooking the courtyard, where locals sit and smoke in the evenings, i.e. it is impossible to open the window.
The room is cold, damp and dirty. Of course, there is nothing to do with photos from booking services, it's just the wrong number.
To our arguments that this was the wrong room and the request to relocate, the administrator shrugged and offered to move to another room for $150 (not bad, right?)
We were moved to the top floor, to a room with a beautiful view, but the positive moments ended there.
The rooms have old, leaky bed linen (I'm attaching a photo), a broken TV and refrigerator, leaky towels with some stains (it's obvious that they've been washed, but unfortunately this is not enough, the stains are visible, it's very unpleasant to use such a thing. There is no kettle or glasses.
In the bathroom, everything is simple: a rickety toilet, a shower with moldy walls, a sink, a hair dryer in electrical tape (they were afraid to use it), an old mirror and holders for toothbrush glasses, without glasses of course.
There is very little storage space for three people.
There is a traditional Turkish breakfast prepared by a very nice woman. What is included in the breakfast from the hotel: tea/coffee/water, spiced potatoes, pasta with sauce, casserole, bread, packaged margarine, jam and shock.pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, two types of cheese, sausages, ham and boiled eggs. Everything except the hot water was cold, because the dining room was unheated and everything cooled down very quickly in the cold air without heating.
Cleaning: we cleaned every day or every other day, the cleaning included changing two trash cans, sweeping the floor and putting "new" towels.
We also found uninvited guests in the form of ants who lived in the closet and under the table.
Conclusion: if we had seen real photos when viewing the hotel on booking services, then this place would definitely not have been chosen.
Despite the fact that we are not at all picky tenants, it was very unpleasant and sad to live here, especially considering how much we paid extra for the room "without anything".
I strongly do not recommend staying here.
If there was an opportunity, we would have escaped from there on the day of arrival.
You can find much better things for this money.
The mood deteriorated every time we returned to the hotel.
Photos and videos are attached
I don't even know where the rave reviews come from. Did we stay in different hotels? There has been no repair for 100 years, everything has been in need of repair for a long time: paint, get rid of mold in the shower, screw the handle to the closet, hang shelves in the bathroom, change sagging mattresses, crumpled pillows, since the opening day, washed tulle, dirty windows, torn towels. The cleaning is nominal- I carried one rag (sorry,?with a mop) in all rooms and thank you. Dim lighting, a tiny Turkish-only TV, weak Internet, cold, tasteless and monotonous breakfasts... there are strange guys at the reception who, to put it mildly, don't care about anyone... the only Fat Plus..... this is the location. The very center and a short distance to all the attractions!!!
The hotel is tired, already whining about repairs. There were difficulties when checking in because they were given the wrong number. We must be prepared for such a turn. But we insisted very much and they changed it for us. Of the accessories, only slippers and soap are given. Take your shampoo and gel. Towels were changed every day, and paper was also added. Breakfast starts at 8:30, you need to take a ticket at the reception every day. The breakfast was not impressive at first, but by the end of the vacation I really liked it. The hotel is ideally located, very close to the main attractions. If you take a Seaview room, then the view from the window is amazing. There is a mosque next to the hotel, get ready to get up at 5 a.m.
All those who write a VERY GOOD hotel ..You must have been at another hotel!!!!
We checked into the room and immediately asked if it was possible to pay extra for an improved room. They said no.
After spending one night, I was bitten...bedbugs.
The hotel did not recognize this, they say they do not))) But there were 8 bites in a row on my leg!!! They were only moved to another room for an additional fee.
The rest was ruined right away, and there were many days ahead. We moved THREE times. There were ants in the last room....
The plumbing is dead, the toilets are loose...
Breakfast.
It's colder in the dining room than outside. It's uncomfortable.
Broken plates. There are no appliances, plates, etc. in sufficient quantity.
The breakfast itself is standard
If you like boiled eggs... they are always there. I had an omelet and fried potatoes a couple of times in 10 days... and so only sliced cheese, sausage, vegetables and sausages.
The staff is normal, there are no complaints about them, but the condition of the hotel is TERRIBLE!!!!To nobody
I don't recommend going there.
It is located on a mountain and the transfer does not reach there and also does not pick up . I also consider it a MINUS!
Very convenient location, Russian-speaking administrator, there is an exchange, A GREAT COURTYARD. IF YOU LEAVE THE HOTEL to the right and to the left there will be a fork to go to the right, walk to cafe 1 street across the street, not expensive and delicious. The store leaves the hotel in the right to go a little bit, the prices are super. We were in the 2nd hotel on the 4th floor, the view is super, the sea
Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances! Don't believe good reviews like we did.
I'm not a pretentious tourist, but this is really the worst thing I've seen. You can read the details below.
1. The check-in was specially paid for a day more, as we arrived early in the morning; we wrote to the hotel in advance that we would check in the next day in the morning. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us to wait until 2 p.m. for check-in, then when we pointed out that we had paid for the previous day, they immediately changed their shoes and said that there were problems with our room that day and offered to go to another hotel before lunch or stay in an economy room. We stayed in the economy room because we didn't have the energy to go anywhere else after a sleepless night. The economy room is a disaster: it stinks of cigarettes, it's dirty, cramped, and there are no windows... It's good that the room was prepared for us in a couple of hours, but then another problem began, see point
2.2. When booking, we chose a standard room with 2 separate beds, when we entered the room, it was completely different from what was in the picture + it had one bed. The receptionist told us that such a number was indicated by the Island in the booking and showed the information. Ostrov replied that the hotel could provide any standard room, depending on availability, BUT the hotel did not know anything about the fact that we needed a room with two beds. Apart from the fact that we chose a room with 2 beds when booking, including what we indicated in the booking comment, the hotel did not receive this comment at all. But there were still problems in the room itself, see point 3.
3. The room is dead from the word at all. The room is very dirty (there is dirt in the corners of the room + an empty bottle was lying under the bedside table), cramped, heavy air. The whole hotel is not very clean.
4. As a result, we only stayed at the hotel for one night, as we urgently booked another hotel. Ostrovok did not return the money for the hotel to us.
It's just a terrible hotel. The linen in the room is disgusting, old, and gray in color. The sheet is full of pellets and hair. It doesn't seem to be changed at all, or even erased. The towels are very old, gray in color, and also rumpled. There is not a single glass in the room to drink water. They asked for a kettle. They brought us a kettle, but no glass, no spoon. I had to buy disposable cups. The staff understands Russian and speaks passably, but they are clueless. Last year, we lived in a much better hotel on the next street, although it was about the same category. But the linen and towels were snow-white. The room was well cleaned.Unfortunately, there were no available rooms for our dates. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. We live here with disgust. The impression of a vacation is ruined by this dirty hotel. For 4 arrivals, this hotel is not that it does not pull. I would give him 0 stars. The worst hotel in Istanbul.
I want to share my opinion about this hotel. I'm very disappointed! I looked at the reviews in Booking before choosing this hotel, the photos are beautiful, but everything is very sad.The room is tiny, with two beds, but it seems like it's for children, you're afraid to turn over on your side at night so as not to fall off, although I'm slim, the towels were changed daily, but they're so gray that they probably never bleached, and besides, they're leaky and smelly, the windows haven't been washed for probably a year, like the tulle! At the reception, the boys do not solve any problems, there was one of the days when the water was turned off from early morning until 12 at night, so imagine what amenities there could be, even if it was impossible to go to the toilet, and the boys threw up their hands, saying that we could not help! The only one in the hotel was a friendly and friendly cook in the kitchen, Dilbar, but this poor guy apparently had nothing to cook from, the breakfast was monotonous and meager, we didn't even go to breakfast afterwards! And yet, the only plus is the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance of many attractions! Although there are many hotels in the area with a lower price! In general, I do not recommend this hotel!!!!It's a pity that they didn't think to take a photo themselves to put it up!I added a photo of the blue mosque, so there's nothing more!
We liked it. The room is normal, the guys at the reception are cheerful, they solve all the issues, the food is also quite good. Plus, it's an old town, and you've climbed Sultanahmet on one hill, and you've climbed Chamberlitash on the other side. Walking along the streets near the kremlin is the most colorful.
We went on vacation in March of this year, honestly not very much, the breakfasts are the same every day and not particularly tasty, the bed is changed every day, the hoses in the bathroom are all old, shampoos and gels are given out every day, and another huge plus is that all the sights (blue Mosque, Ayia Srfiya, top cape) are within walking distance
We had a vacation with our son in September 2024 at the Divas Hotel in Istanbul. A cozy hotel in the central location of the historical city, a wonderful hotel, I recommend it! Many thanks to the hotel staff for the reception, daily room cleaning, breakfast, attentive attitude to people!!!
For the first time in many years of traveling, I got into such a terrible horror. The indifference of the staff is just nothing compared to the quality of the bed linen and towels, old dark rags. The room smelled of old clothes and dust. The bathroom is covered with a layer of dirt. They barely questioned the electric kettle, they didn't give me glasses. They ran out faster in the morning and did not return for a long time until 22 hours at night. There are 4 stars on the Island, in fact, there is a lot of one star. The only advantage is the availability of hot water and pressure.
I liked everything. It is located in the historical part of Sultanahmet district. The staff is Russian-speaking, friendly, and quickly resolve any issues. Cleaning every day, breakfast. Near the A101 store. 5 minutes to the main attractions. The breakfast is modest, but that's not what I was going for) Next to the Sokollu Mosque hotel, down Malaya Hagia Sophia Street. Two steps away there is a cafe Veranda with panoramic views, be sure to visit the upper floor, next to the cafe pasta pizza-I recommend it! The WiFi in the hotel is working well. There is a cozy courtyard in the courtyard, in the evening it is good to drink tea here. In general, your vacation depends on your mood! Have a good rest!
The breakfasts are good, the staff in the kitchen is super, the room has old furniture, the bathroom is not enthusiastic about everything ancient. We cleaned, took out the trash, changed towels every day.
Yes, the hotel is very old, small, BUT ☝🏻
The staff is Russian-speaking and responds to any request, and most importantly solves it (well, how can it?)
The towels are old, but they bring clean ones every day. The bed linen is also far away, but new, but crunchingly clean. The water is always hot and cold. The air conditioner works perfectly. Breakfasts-well, it's not 5*All inclusive, of course. But a normal Turkish breakfast. None of us were capricious and hungry. At the reception, you could ask for delicious tea or coffee from the machine at any time. They didn't take any money for it. WiFi is working.
And the most important thing is that the location is the most ideal-it is impossible to come up with. You can already give a 4* hotel for it. We had an amazing time. We walked all day. After breakfast, they left and crawled in at night, so I don't know who in this hotel had time to see the flaws, There were only one advantages for us.
The hotel is not for picky tourists. Everything you need is there. Clean, neat.Friendly and helpful staff!) Infrastructure and attractions are within walking distance.
We would like to express our gratitude to the wonderful chefs Dilber and her daughter Rabya, who work in the hotel kitchen. They are very friendly, funny, hospitable, sincere. It was obvious how they wanted to give us pleasure from the delicious and healthy food they cooked. We wish them to continue to experience the pleasure and joy of their work. ❤️❤️❤️
The guard broke my wife's shoulder, there are all the documents from the police, the whole incident happened after we were given a number in semen
The guard broke my wife's shoulder, there are all the documents from the police, the whole incident happened after we were given a number in semen
We booked 2 rooms with friends at the nearby Stone Hotel across the Island, but upon arrival, for some reason there were no rooms there, although they were paid and confirmed. We had to move into this Divas after a 3-hour showdown with the Island.... The hotel is clean for the night, the rooms are tiny, the plumbing is broken, the dining room is dirty and untidy, the breakfasts are excellent.modest, the cheapest instant coffee. The guys at the reception are responsive, there are Russian speakers. The hotel is on Sultanahmet, which means that all the paths lead downhill or downhill, you will definitely pump up your ass. The hotel will do for a couple of nights if you have paid inexpensively.... We paid dearly (as for Stone) and we didn't like it. There will be a separate review about the "Island" as soon as I finish the "showdown" with them
Many thanks to Divas Hotel for their hospitality!
The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable, there is nothing unnecessary in the rooms. Cleaning and changing sheets every day. It's clean, there's always hot water, there's a TV. Jul.
I would especially like to thank the cook very much. The woman is really wonderful, kind, friendly and makes very tasty dishes! ☕️🥗🥚We were always full of breakfast. Golden hands! ❤️❤️❤️🤸🏼🤸🏼🤸🏼
In principle, the hotel is not bad, I was there from 03/28/2014/2024, I read reviews that were not very good, but I arrived and everything was normal there, the room was clean, and the bed and snow-white towels were put in exactly the room that was paid for. The breakfasts are also good, and there were eggs and sausage and even pastries. The currency is changed at the reception. The staff is polite and Russian-speaking. And in principle, I was away all day, I went on excursions,
The location of the hotel and its reception staff - 5 points.
But... the photos that are on the Internet about the hotel and reality are just heaven and earth.
The room is very old. Everything creaks. The chandelier is hanging crookedly due to the fact that the building has already gone downhill. The doors close themselves from the tilt. Everything creaks. The furniture is old. The towels are old. The room was very poorly cleaned.
Breakfast is again not exactly what is in the photo. Only eggs are hot. Instant coffee.
If everything in the hotel is restored and a normal breakfast is made, it will be 5/5
The hotel is very modest, repairs are needed, it would not hurt to update the plumbing. The breakfasts are modest, but we had enough. To go to the center in a steep hill, I do not recommend it for the elderly.
It's a very disgusting place.Everything is broken, dirty, the equipment is broken. The terrace is "fucked up", the kitchen is a horror from dishes to food!!!All I heard was customers complaining every day, and the staff was rude in response.I do not recommend it!!!There are better options for this price!!!
First, we checked into an economy triple room, this is the worst room. Mold is everywhere, terrible towels, the bathroom is a nightmare. I do not advise anyone, even for free))
Then we finally moved into a quadruple room, that's how you can live. Nice room, I liked everything.
Yandex rejects a bad review, so I gave it 5 stars. In reality, 1 star is frankly bad. There are only two advantages: the location, and then if you are ready to climb a steep mountain every time, and the manager is Russian-speaking. This is the only person who does anything at all in this hotel. Cleaning, it's just not there, everything is old, it stinks of sewage and cat urine.
Breakfast is typical for Istanbul (it's not the coast), always eggs, bread, butter, jam.. The coffee is terrible, the tea is good.
It's not the first time in Istanbul, and the hotels are not very good, to put it mildly, but this one is just terrible. We paid for the standard, but at first we were offered a promo anyway. We refused, and they gave us a room where there is nothing, no TV, no kettle, to be honest, not even glass in the closet. There is dust, dirt, towels in my hair. After the scandal, the next day, they gave me another room, but the window of which looked out into the dining room. That is, you are sleeping, and people are sitting next to you eating, right in your window. Accordingly, there was no air at all.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is a hotel opposite, of the same grid, it is many times better with a magnificent view from the roof of the city.
When I remember, my skin is already trembling. I've never met a more disgusting hotel, cockroaches, the bed is all dirty, cockroaches, mold everywhere, on all floors, the smell, some kind of midges. I was resettled three times. It's more or less coming from floor 4, but there are some bugs. You can't get in the shower without slippers. Complete unsanitary conditions. I'm not talking about the kitchen or the dining room at all. Who are you writing about good cuisine, I don't understand you at all. I'm not a picky person, but I couldn't stand it, so I rented a room at another hotel on day 3. And yes, they trade by deceiving people. Young guys. Sleeping during the day , making noise in the hall at night.
Everything is very fine, if not for the lack of customer orientation and humanity of the characters "managing" the institution! The photo in reality does not correspond to those presented on the site. The only person who really puts himself into work is Grandma, the cook, the cook and the waiter, all in one person! She has a huge "respect" and respect!!!

We went for the New Year. The hotel is good, the location is very good. The breakfasts are normal.
The room was cleaned every day.
The reception staff understands Russian, they were contacted for any reason.
We found a taxi from the airport on our own, who told us one price and asked for more upon arrival, contacted the hotel staff, they helped to negotiate.
And we already asked them to call us a taxi back, they did everything. Thank them very much! ))
P.s photo from the terrace of the 5th floor, I don't know if it was possible to go up there💁🏻♀️

We really liked it, the staff is very polite and friendly.Every day they cleaned, changed bed linen and towels.Thank you for everything 🙏
The location is great. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are generally not bad. That's where the advantages ended. The breakfasts are so-so, the audibility is amazing, the bathroom is ruined. The hotel is 2 stars, no more.
The hotel is located in the historical center. The rooms are certainly not new anymore. But we didn't come to Istanbul to sit indoors. We walked from morning to night. The city is amazing, it was called Tsargrad for a reason. The breakfasts are normal, of course not super, but normal. The most important thing in this hotel is the staff. The guys speak Russian, they will help in everything. Our room was occupied, so we were provided with another, improved one. Thank you so much for everything

A friendly hotel, I've been there twice, the rooms in the basement are very economy, I liked them at the top. It is better to have breakfast at the beginning.
A normal, budget hotel. The breakfast is regular (eggs, olives, sausages),
the hotel staff speaks
passable Russian. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the sights.
