Disgusting store! I ordered a sofa, they brought it all stained, I really doubt that the sofa was new, the quality is disgusting, the inner boxes of the chipboard drawer, which was not even closed, you open the drawer and see just stupidly sawn chipboard without an edge, if you compare with local suppliers, at least the insides are all closed and the partition is made of double HDPE, and here It's just terrible and it's being dragged from Russia? Seriously? How shameful it is! But this is half the trouble, they took a 50% prepayment, after detecting the defect, they asked if I wanted to pick up this asshole with a discount, I understand that dry cleaning will cost me much more than the discount, I refused. The money was promised to be returned within a week, but as it turned out later, the BANK makes a refund within 10 days. Well, guys, either you make morons out of customers, or your accounting department makes you, and then you embarrass yourself in front of customers. The bank processes the payment within one day if anything. In general, the store is disgusting, since it's fast to take payment, and check the product for quality or make a refund ... I don't understand what's wrong with you there?
