The history of buying a sofa from the category of "expectation is reality". Be prepared for the fact that the furniture in the exhibition halls may differ from the one that will be brought to you. They have beautiful smooth samples, and you (personally to me) were brought a crooked sofa, on which, after 5 minutes of sitting down and standing up, there are also folds on the upholstery. I wrote them to the quality control department with a claim, attached a photo and literally a few days later they offered me a discount, which suited me. As a result, I will say that the furniture is mediocre, but the store has solved the issue. I have no complaints.

You clarify questions with the store's consultants about delivery, as a result, the delivery arrives when it wants, does not specify the time in advance, then does not get in touch, says in a couple of days we will be able to bring it. The store's consultants say something else altogether, the issues are not being resolved. The product has not been delivered. It is better to choose another store with a built-in service
