We bought a pouf and a small sofa in this store. We are very sorry that we turned to this store. We placed an order on March 22, and could pick up the pouf only on June 1. And then only after the scandal. The so-called managers in the store can't solve anything at all, just be rude.
If you have problems, the service will not help you much, because the factory is not even in Belarus. The quality department got in touch only after Pendal. The defective lid was changed longer than the pouf itself was transported. I was amused by the director's response that a conversation had been held with the staff. He should be solving problems with logistics and communication between departments, and not looking for extremes. It's good that I refused free shipping. It turned out that there were not enough legs in the lid. I had to rearrange them myself from the defective lid right in the showroom.
A pillow was promised as compensation for the delay, but no one gave it away.
The book of complaints and suggestions was also not given, they asked twice. She had to be found somewhere. They didn't wait.
The pouf is cute, but the quality of the pouf is very mediocre for that kind of money. The walls of the plywood have moved a little as a result, it falls a little on its side. The legs are unregulated and it will not be possible to correct the misalignment. You can paste felt feet to adjust the level. Inside, the seam is also slightly split, but not critical, it will work for the balcony.
