First, the positive aspects. Everything is beautiful, stylish, a good website, beautiful furniture, very interesting designs, the ability to change sizes, fairly fast production and delivery of the order.
Now about the cons. After the delivery of your order and its payment, you can forget about calling their office. Using my example: we ordered a wardrobe, changed its dimensions and internal layout, the assembly instructions were received as standard, the completeness (complete) but does not match the instructions, the stickers with the name of the parts do not correspond to reality are mixed up and duplicated. What we have in the end, it is impossible to assemble on our own. They were assembled only with the help of the brother of the chief engineer.
Bottom line: for Sudoku lovers, it's the best!

Disgusting attitude to the client! Firstly, having ordered a TV stand for the first time, not only did we exceed all the waiting times, they also brought it without accessories and with a defective insert in the shuflyada. The fittings were delivered to us for another month!!! What's their fault. Secondly, we decided to add a display cabinet to the cabinet, they said waiting for 1 month, as a result, 1.5 months have already passed, there is still no display cabinet. They promised to deliver on 10/16/2023, they said that it didn't fit into the car, it would be the next delivery, I made a remark and asked for all the details to be, and asked to be delivered from Monday to Wednesday, since we are leaving for a while! (23,10,23-25,10,23). But on 10/22/2023 they dialed us and said that the delivery would be from Wednesday to Friday, complete indifference to the client.! And today they decided to finish us off, they dialed and said not all the details arrived, so the delivery will only be next week.! We have been fed breakfast for three weeks. Disgusting attitude to the client !!!! Think about it before ordering furniture there!!!!

I like both the store and the Sofa website.buy: interesting models, a variety of colors, the ability to immediately arrange an installment plan. This is not the first time we buy here, and again the flour of choice was supervised by the manager Anastasia.
The store is within walking distance from the house,
it works almost around the clock.
A wide selection of upholstery fabrics.
We bought 2 armchairs and an ottoman in their own color scheme. Three weeks of waiting for the manufacture and purchase are already at our house.
The delivery service works fine, although it draws up a delivery contract in 2 copies upon delivery (too much writing, but this is not their whim).
P.S. Personally, I have the opinion that Russian furniture is a little cheaper than furniture from a domestic manufacturer
with the same quality.
