I have known this company for more than 10 years,I ordered PVC windows from the REHAU profile to the apartment. The windows are pleasing with their whiteness and the work of the fittings. This year I had to contact the company to adjust the fittings (1 time, for all this time). Specialist Evgeny came to adjust everything, adjusted everything and even gave a gift from the company, because the company is 25 years old this year! Thank you very much for your work! I don't know how to describe it correctly, but in my case it caused more disappointment. 5 years and 2 months ago, I ordered the most expensive energy-saving windows for the whole house (with a 5-year warranty) - while the windows were being repaired, I did not pay attention to the windows, after the repair was completed, the glasses were washed and 11 packages turned out to be dirty inside, they were sent to all 4 sides to replace the packages under warranty , BECAUSE the warranty ended 2 months back, although they themselves admitted that it was a factory defect . After the discussions, they began to refer to the lack of a contract in my hands, leading to the fact that I did not order from them at all, since there are no documents in my hands.
I do not advise you to contact them, but if you still had to deal with them, then demand and save all the documents so as not to get into the money with their low-quality expensive products.

I ordered ALUTECH automatic gates for the garage from the guys: three sets and a separate set of automation were installed on the fourth box, because they initially stood without it. We made it earlier than the deadline in the contract, agreed on the installation date, did everything perfectly, we are already using it. We are satisfied with the work, I recommend it!
