But it is better to record directly there, and not at the dispatcher. I was signed up at 12:00, arrived at the service station, and no one warned the master about it. As a result, we agreed with him at 16:00, later he called and rescheduled for 17:00. As a result, my glass arrived at 17:30, and half an hour later it was already standing

I arrive, one master is lying on the couch, the second is sitting, they were not taught to say hello)) They came out looking like I owed them something, the guy who measured was shaking all over, which glasses could he be allowed to touch at all) He called the price out of his head and above what I was told by the number of their other department. To my question, why is the price lower in their other branch, they told me to go and do where I want, and hurriedly left to lie on the couch again))) In general, I do not recommend it.

23 Sverdlov street. Disgusting attitude towards customers, low-skilled staff. The price does not match the one agreed upon before arrival ("either agree or refuse"). As a result: The windshield was replaced and the paintwork of the racks and roofs were damaged. The service refused to take responsibility. Also, when performing the work, they ignored the comments to remove dust, dirt, and remnants of old sealant. The new sealant was applied to unprepared areas of the body, without degreasing, cleaning debris. The molding (sealing tape) has not been replaced, despite mandatory requirements from the service. To the question: "why was the replacement not made in accordance with your own requirements for the mandatory replacement of the molding?" the answer was received: "Based on experience." The work order for the transfer of the car to the service was not drawn up and a refusal was received to compile it. A receipt for the performance of services was issued for an amount in excess of the agreed amount (administrator error). They tried to kick out of the service before closing without waiting for the police to arrive to draw up a protocol, a defective act on damage to body elements. The operating mode does not correspond to the approved one (extract from decision No. 572 on 06/01/2015). On Saturday, 08/06/2022, they wanted to close the service at 14:00.
