The convenient location of the hotel. A nice, beautiful building. Everything is clean. Delicious breakfasts. The room is cozy. Comfortable beds, clean bed linen, warm blanket. There is an air conditioner- a comfortable temperature. Large windows, but quiet. The elevator is quiet, it's very pleasant to sleep. There is a botanical garden nearby. The staff is very friendly. All issues are quickly resolved. They found an opportunity to receive my son and me early in the morning. Thanks for the hospitality to the staff and especially to the manager Aigul. It doesn't seem to be bad, but in winter, with panoramic windows, it was cold for me personally. The water in the shower was not leaving. I had to wash my head before the bowl was full. I don't like it that much. And for breakfast, if you come down later, the food will be cold. And instant coffee.

Recently we had a rest in this hotel, our stay was very comfortable and sincere. Cozy, clean rooms and caring attitude from the staff!
