The restaurant made me sad, even on my birthday. We expected it to be unforgettable and delicious, but in the end it was very much for an amateur. The food is quite simple, frankly speaking, the only thing that pulls at the restaurant level is the service and the price.
The desserts seemed quite strange: completely unbalanced, sometimes too strange flavor combinations (such as pear, ice cream and ginger).
The side dish sells rather inconveniently. For example, sala is served in a deep bowl for soup, which is beautifully exposed, but when you try to get a leaf, all the contents fall out. 🤷♀️
I was pleased with the cocktails: they are very unusual, rich and I want to repeat them.
The disadvantages include the location of the tables on the balcony. For some reason, all the tables are facing the pillars, blocking the view there. Somehow, the meaning of this table on the balcony is immediately lost.
Interesting things: the stunningly cool entrance to the restaurant itself, the feeling that you are entering a secret tomb + inside the restaurant itself is a beautiful dark interior with a subdued atmosphere.
I would like the menu to be improved. The same Nobo restaurant has much tastier food. Not to mention the usual restaurants in the city, without Michelin marks (for example, Novikov or leto)
A great restaurant. It fully corresponds to the Michelin star. The original presentation and the unusual combination of ingredients is amazing. It is cozy and very atmospheric.
I recommend
The impression of excellent dishes is blurred by disgusting service. The dishes were carried for a long time, the waiter did not seem to understand the menu very well, the ordered dessert was not brought after several reminders, but they did not forget to include it in the bill.
