A cozy hotel near the city center. Excellent delicious breakfasts, courteous staff, there is a small Parking lot (who is going to Yerevan by car). Linen was changed every day, tea and water supplies were replenished in the room.
The disadvantage is that despite the fact that it is not far from the metro, a small section of the route will have to be walked along the roadway (there is no sidewalk next to the hotel) which is not very comfortable.
All the windows in the hotel overlook the roadway - you will have to close the windows at night so that the noise does not interfere.

I celebrated my stay in Armenia, everything was great - thank you. The hotel pleasantly congratulated me with a surprise birthday, there was also a welcome glass of wine. I also liked the spa, the only thing I would like is a longer period of time, for example, so that I could walk in the morning too. In addition to eggs and sausages, the second course was served for breakfast, and they were different for 4 days. There was always coffee from the coffee machine) I would also like to mention the hotel staff - very pleasant and friendly people. I hope you will not come across such noisy neighbors as us and you will not hear them)) And I would also like to draw the attention of the hotel administration to hanging at least a couple of hooks at the door for outerwear)

We stayed at the hotel 2 times in May 2025. I liked everything both times: a good location, modern design, comfort and cleanliness, the possibility of payment upon check-in, friendly and lively staff (not "robots" with identical and jagged scripts), convenient taxi entry and parking, the room has everything you need, including a powerful hairdryer; fine linens and comfortable pillows a decent breakfast, a pleasant small SPA, a glass of Armenian wine at check-in was also a pleasure :) One of the wishes: I would like to have a slightly bigger bed in the double room. We wish the hotel prosperity!

A pleasant hotel.
Friendly staff.
The room was cleaned conscientiously every day. Towels and accessories are changed every day. There is a kettle, bottled water, tea and coffee in the room.
The breakfasts are delicious. Porridge, eggs in different forms, chicken meat, side dishes (different every day), cheese, sausage, vegetables, fruits (apples, oranges), pancakes, desserts. Decent coffee. And lavash))) what a fresh lavash, wai)))
The room rate includes a 2-hour daily visit to the local SPA from 16:00 to 20:00. But we weren't, we were walking around the city and the surrounding area at that time)))
One of the disadvantages is the noise from the road when the windows are open.

We stayed at the hotel for a week, never once regretting the choice!
The rooms are modern and perfectly clean. The bed linen/pillows/blankets are of high quality, and this is always very important to me! The room has everything for a comfortable stay: slippers, bathrobe, tea set, hygiene kit.
Reception - I'll mention it separately. The staff is soooooo customer-oriented, thank you so much for your help in any matter, always promptly and with a smile. One day, my socks flew off the balcony, so they were picked up/re-washed and returned to me when they saw me walking under the windows looking for them.
Gayane is a charmer, always with a smile!
Breakfast: just fine! Very high quality and delicious! We enjoyed sitting for coffee)))
Location: not in the center, and not nearby, BUT the taxi cost is ridiculous, they arrive quickly, so the distance to the center is not a problem at all.
SPA: small, well-maintained, after long walks, relax for an hour - perfect!
From the wishes: there is not a single hook at the entrance to the room! There is nowhere to hang outerwear and a bag, although there is plenty of room to organize them in the entrance area.
Thanks to the hotel for the hospitality, we will definitely come again!

A very good place, the hotel is new, equipped with everything you need, the staff is responsive and ready to help. Incredibly beautiful, both from the outside and from the inside. But still there are a couple of nuances.
1. Very soft beds (pure taste, but for someone it may be an important nuance)
2. Since the hotel is not large, the dining room also corresponds to the size. The buffet (we only had breakfast) is a recess in the hall of 3x1.5 meters. So don't count on a varied breakfast too much.
But the restaurant's separate menu is extremely pleasant.
3. The hotel is located next to a fairly busy avenue, so it will be quite difficult for those living in quiet areas to fall asleep.
4. Wardrobe in the room. More precisely, his ghostly presence. There is a closet to hang jackets. That's all. If you want to fold sweaters, trousers or something else, you will either have to clutter tables with chairs, or store them in a suitcase that you brought with you.

The hotel is small, the rooms are clean, the staff is courteous, the hotel has a spa area, which is quite pleasant, although the time of visit is quite strange for me. I'm writing an honest review from the bottom of my heart.
I didn't like the location, there are no shops, cafes nearby, there is a restaurant on site, but we arrived hungry at night, unfortunately there was nowhere to eat ... in the morning it was noisy from street cars and staff communication ... the center is 3 km away, but it's a long way on foot, traffic jams take 20 minutes.. well, the price for this location, in my opinion, it's still too high)

The hotel is brand new - everything is perfect!
Excellent room design, colors, room equipment, wonderful linen and comfortable pillows.
The room has everything you need (everything for a shower, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, toothbrush, etc.), there is a kitchenette with dishes, appliances, tea station, microwave and refrigerator.
Large wardrobe. There was an ironing room not far from the room.
Excellent breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. The assortment is not very large, but there is everything you can have a delicious breakfast with, we really liked it.
We took transfers and excursions through the hotel, I made a very busy program for two days, but the guys did everything possible to realize all our desires - thank them all very much!
I definitely recommend the hotel!

A new, cozy and clean hotel! A wonderful spa. Friendly staff. They helped with excursions and answered all questions about getting around the city. The room is cleaned regularly, but out of the six days spent at the hotel, the bed linen has never been changed. Towels were changed every day.
In general, I recommend staying at this hotel, located in the upper part of the city.
The metro is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

It's a lovely hotel. The rooms are visually pleasing. Polite staff. There is a small spa area with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas.
And there are some "buts":
- not everyone has enough tables for breakfast (if the hotel is densely populated)
-audibility in the rooms
-with a storage system in the rooms for two people - the closet is not designed (it looks more like a closet for the hallway)
-and most importantly, mattresses...They became a disaster for me. Two days later, my lower back began to hurt because of the soft mattress.

I would like to share my positive impressions about this hotel.:
- very friendly and kind staff, everyone speaks Russian, you could pay with a VTB card, we were greeted with glasses of wine, offered help in finding excursions
- this is a clean hotel, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, all missing accessories were brought (slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, combs, cotton pads and ear sticks, toilet paper), there was also a refrigerator, kettle, mugs, tea and coffee, hairdryer, conditioner, gel shower gel, shampoo and hair balm
- this hotel has a spa, there is a pool, a Jacuzzi, a hammam and a Russian bath, there is also a barrel for pouring cold water and foot baths with temperature changes
- the breakfasts were excellent (there was a buffet): there was always some kind of main course (meat + side dish) and everything else, starting with eggs, sausages, cereal with milk, cottage cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, ending with coffee, tea, jam, delicious pie, pancakes and fruits (there is really a lot of food, the choice is good), also since this is a restaurant where you could have lunch and dinner, if you suddenly couldn't do it in the city
- the hotel has parking, we rented a car and left it in the parking lot without any problems.
- the metro is located 15 minutes from the hotel (Druzhba station), probably this is the only negative, but it is not so critical against the background of all the other positive aspects of it
The hotel is really cool, I recommend it to everyone

We were here in September 2024 and were more than satisfied. New hotel, excellent service, courteous staff.
A wonderful young man met us, showed us everything, told us and poured two glasses of dry white wine. We settled in quickly and without any problems. The room was completely ready for us. Bathrobes, towels, Slippers, personal hygiene products - everything is clean, beautiful, in the right quantity and of good quality. The cleaning is timely and complete. There was no need for anything, although the staff, when they saw that we were soaked in the rain, swore that they had not taken umbrellas at the reception in advance😅
The hotel offers tours and car rental, but we didn't use it - there was no need
We didn't try the restaurant either, but we didn't miss breakfast. The buffet is small, but there is everything you need for a sooo hearty breakfast and, most importantly, the autumn products are fresh.
In general, we decided that if we come to Armenia again, we will stay here.
I would like to note that the price for a week's stay with breakfast for two is more than comfortable

The hotel is normal.
The breakfasts are very tasty - there are plenty to choose from.
The air conditioner is shared, and if it's hot for you and cold for the guys (in May), it won't be possible to cool the air in the room. The location on the settlements is a little bit.
At the same time, it is unclear why it is so noisy, as if the road passes right in the room.
There is a sauna (a little cold) and a hammam (a little hot). The pool is kind of muddy. And the Jacuzzi was very dirty in appearance, they did not dare to sit there.

Great hotel! Cozy rooms that are cleaned daily (including changing towels, cosmetics and bottled water). The only drawback is a weak pressure in the shower.
Good breakfasts in a nice restaurant. The staff is very friendly, wine was offered at check-in even at night)
The location is on the outskirts (but there is a beautiful view of the mountains in the rooms), but it is only 15 minutes by taxi to the center, so this was not a problem for us.

Our room was standard. There was enough room for two.
The room has everything you need (dental kit, cotton pads, cotton buds, nail file, comb, shoe sponge, shoe spatula, etc.)
The mattress is comfortable for sleeping. The bed and towels are of very good quality.
There is a TV with various channels, a spacious refrigerator. Tea and coffee set.
The water was replenished every day.
The room was also cleaned every day.
I used the ironing room. The iron is modern, new.
The breakfasts are very good and hearty, the products are all fresh. There is a hot dish, boiled egg and scrambled eggs, porridge, dairy products, vegetables, fruits, meat and cheese cuts, pastries, juices, milk, cereals, coffee, tea, etc
Before checking in, I contacted the hotel administration and asked for a room on the top floor with a view of the dawn and a balcony. All my wishes were taken into account, I was very pleased!
I will definitely recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel in November 2024, and it exceeded all expectations! Very helpful staff, designer renovation, delicious food in the restaurant and the opportunity to order a dish in the room. They helped us with all the questions we were interested in, even packed lunch boxes with us, since we left at night, skipping breakfast. I would like to thank the hotel team for a wonderful stay! From the first moment we crossed the threshold, we were amazed by the hospitality of the staff. Friendly faces, smiles and willingness to help created an atmosphere of real comfort.
The room we checked into was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. And the view from the balcony was simply mesmerizing.

We stayed at this hotel from April 25 to May 2, 2025. Well, who gave the hotel 4
Stars? Unclear. To begin with, the rooms overlook a noisy street with heavy traffic, and there is no sound insulation, double-glazed windows practically do not drown out the noise. It is generally impossible to open the windows like this, and the air conditioner in the room cannot be adjusted to the desired temperature. They explained that they have some kind of centralized system.: so either suffocate from the stuffiness, or "enjoy" the noise and horns from the highway. The audibility is also excellent between the corridor and the room, and between the rooms on the floors. Our room was right above the reception, and we could hear it perfectly. Especially in the first 2 days, when a group of Georgian children lived in the hotel, who ran all over the hotel, shouted, and at night simply did not let us sleep: at one o'clock in the morning they sang a chorus at the reception, ran down the corridor and rang the doorbell of our room at night. The administration responded to our complaints that they were unable to cope with them, and asked us to be patient. In a decent hotel, the guests would have been offered at least some compensation for a sleepless night! For all 7 days of our stay, we have never (!!!) the bed linen was not changed, only towels. The electronic system at the door of the room (asking not to disturb, etc.) does not work, the sign is also missing, so they knocked on the room when they wanted to clean it. A very small restaurant for a 5-storey hotel: a couple of times they came for breakfast and left, there were no places. Everyone is crowding into a small area around the tables with food. The breakfasts are meager and completely monotonous. Pancakes for dessert are always cold.
The room layout itself has not been thought out: there is no mirror at the table, and there is no table at the mirror: it is extremely inconvenient for a woman to lay out cosmetics or care products. I had to run a hundred times from the makeup table to the mirror. In the bathroom, the mirror also has a tiny shelf where nothing can be properly placed. In general, the hotel does not reach 4 stars in any way.

The room is sooooo small and not very clean. The shower room was covered in streaks and there were shower Gel stains on the floor, so we stopped by very tired-we didn't have the strength to change the room. There was no body cream.
In addition, I consider it misleading to have a swimming pool. It seems to be there, but it works three hours a day (at a very inconvenient three hours), at other times the room costs 19 thousand drams per hour.
