Hello everyone!
Excellent location between Gagra and Pitsunda - you can get there by bus yourself and see all the sights. The proximity of the sea- you go out and there it is- clean and tricolor! It's a pleasure with children - our children go to the guest house themselves (even just to drink water).
The guest house itself is very cozy, we have already been there 4 times in a row and we are going again in 2025! There is everything for comfort- air conditioning, towels, TV- which I don't think we've ever watched.
It's convenient that you can cook your own food, but we usually went to the cafe at home- homemade food is always so delicious that you will definitely bring extra kg! Even small children always have something to feed!
The owners are Garik and Svetlana! Great fellows, always friendly and sincere!
I recommend everyone to visit the guest house "Dynasty"!

We have visited Abkhazia more than once. We only stop at the Dynasty. The rooms are cozy, the home cooking is excellent, everything is very tasty. A green courtyard, the sea is just a stone's throw away. Hospitable hosts! There are shops and a pharmacy within walking distance. Gagra is very close. Everyone who wants to have a good rest in Abkhazia will be satisfied. Thanks for the rest! We will definitely come again!

Every year we relax in this beautiful place, where you really feel at home. Responsive and hospitable hosts who will always help, a cozy room, delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is also its own Parking, the sea is within walking distance. In general, it's a great place for a family vacation, where you want to return.

We have been vacationing at the Dynasty Guest house for several years now. I like everything very much
The hosts are very polite and friendly people. They love children very much, which is very important.
We came once with a dog, having warned about it in advance. We were settled without any problems.
There is a good kitchen in the dining room.
And the sea is just a fairy tale🤩
Thanks to Svetlana and Garik for such a wonderful vacation.

We have been coming to this place for several years, and even happened twice a year. I really like to relax in the guest house "Dynasty". Hospitable hosts, comfortable, clean, tidy. The atmosphere is friendly, all the vacationers become like one family!Well, the kitchen is a blast. When you come here, you don't think about cooking, about the quality of food, there is a huge selection for every taste. The sea is clear, the beach is huge, two minutes and already by the sea.
Thanks a lot to the hosts (Sveta and Garik) for comfort and relaxation.🫶❤️🫶

The best guest house! Clean, bright rooms, always delicious food, hospitable hosts! There is no dish that Sveta could not cook! Garik's kebabs are generally a separate conversation! Tinctures, wine, compotes - all your own, very tasty! The sea is open, not a bay, always clean! It's a paradise for kids! We had a rest 3 times and we will definitely come back again! Sveta and Garik - you are the best! We love you, we embrace you!

We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for many years. The guest house "Dynasty" was a real discovery for us. We've been to many houses, but we've never enjoyed a vacation like we did at Dynasty. I want to come back here again and again!!! This is what we are doing, this is the 4th time we are going to visit this beautiful house, in a wonderful place with wonderful owners (Garik, Svetlana, Maxim) - they always greet us with a smile, warmth and care, they feed us deliciously, in general it is very cozy, fun, comfortable in a family way. Great rooms, the common area is gorgeous. The sea is nearby!!!
