Good afternoon. I signed up at this salon for a highlighting procedure. My choice fell on the California highlights. The master looked at the photo, discussed with me what result I would like and started working. As a person who is not a hairdresser and only roughly understands how highlighting is done, I fully trusted the master. And only when we were already washing off the clarifier, the master bothered to inform me that she had decided to make me a complex staining, because such a result, as I showed in the photo, can only be achieved in this way. The price list indicates that highlighting costs from 60p. Complex coloring - from 180p.
I have a few questions.:
1. Why was I not immediately warned that the cost would increase by 3 times (and in fact by all 4).
2. Why did the master not inform me before the procedure that we would do something completely different from what I signed up for.
3. I found out the final cost (282p) at the very end. And what if I didn't have that amount with me?
I understand everything. Perhaps, indeed, the result that was in the photo could only be achieved with the help of complex coloring. Well, they would have reported it right away and offered an alternative. And they didn't start doing something for themselves.
I really hope that I will receive at least some kind of response from the salon administration, otherwise I will be forced to act differently.

I paid 60 rubles for the curls.
I showed the master the photo, which curls I want, - the master nodded her head affirmatively. And several times I focused on what I wanted, because I was extremely afraid to come home and wash my hair before my graduation.
I got curls like a first-grader on a school ruler, and they didn't look well-groomed at all. The hairstyle did not hold at all and by the end of the evening was already half alive. Although the master said that she would hold on for a few days.
In general, I could make the same curls for myself for free.
I was surprised that the salon set itself a price on a par with the cool studios.

7 hours and 313 BYN were spent to do a complex coloring in the salon and get the result in the photo. AND THAT'S NOT ALL!!!!
The master replied to all this that she still needed to take another dye, this one did not fit. It feels like they're experimenting on me. I was told to wash at home with a shade shampoo and everything will pass. But the shade shampoo did not help, so I had to go to the salon again, since I did not get the result, for which I paid with money and time. The master offered to fix everything. I came to the salon and lost another 3 hours, but the desired result was not obtained. The master asks you to come a third time. In addition, after the second visit, they stained my new shirt with paint. The shirt wouldn't come off.
When I came to the administrator with this question, she grinned and said that I had moved the wrong way, so they got dirty, and my coloring did not work out very well, because my hair is like that. They refused to give me the number of the head of the salon.
What I got as a result of visiting the salon:
1. Bad hair coloring
2. More than 10 hours were spent (I went there twice, but I also need to go a third time)
3. The cost of shade shampoo
4. The new shirt is ruined
5. Money spent (313p)
6. And of course the harm to the hair due to frequent coloring / tinting
