In the beginning, I was happy with everything. Everything is fast and accessible. But then the negative aspects were revealed twice.
One of them was with the treatment of a kitten-girl from cystitis. Two antibiotics + urine diet for a kitten of 4 months. It didn't help. Then they offered to give all kinds of sedatives, such as suspected idiopathic cystitis. But they said it was impossible to do urine back-sowing, because there are no such laboratories in Tbilisi.
I decided to play it safe and take them to KIVI. They were surprised by the new diet and told to return it back to the food for kittens. They gave me a new course of antibiotics. It's all gone. And bakposev was done through vet house without any problems and quickly.
The second case was with the sterilization of a cat. In short, I signed up at another clinic to have my ovary removed, which was left on one side.
In general, it's very strange.
Vaccinations are relatively inexpensive. But I probably won't apply again.

nice clean clinic, everyone speaks Russian (important for expats), competent doctors. everything is prompt, calm and to the point. we are treating a street puppy for parvovirus, there is a chance for recovery. there is a discount for outdoor animals. I recommend the clinic!

I would like to express my gratitude to the head Dmitry! A very competent and skilled doctor. Saved our cat! The cat was near death after a terrible accident. Dmitry pumped out and stabilized the condition very quickly, followed by a long rehabilitation process and the cat is healthy.

A stray cat was brought in for sterilization. An attentive doctor examined her, did everything carefully, waited for the cat to come out of anesthesia, and then returned it to us. The cat lives on the street, comes to us for breakfast, dinner and to warm up, feels good. The clinic speaks 3 languages, there was no queue in the morning. We called in advance to find out everything.

They killed the cat.
They were vaccinated and casted on the same day. They did not do a virus test before the operation, the cat turned out to be sick with coronavirus.
When I contacted them later, they also couldn't help.

Great clinic!
Very cool doctors Dima and Natalia (got only to them). There is a lobarotory, ultrasound, echo of the heart can also be done.
Prices are lower than in other clinics, the attitude towards the animal is excellent.
They send the entire statement by e-mail upon receipt.
I am very glad that such a clinic has opened.

From May 1 to May 18, there is a dog here, whom I found shot down on the highway, but he was not looked after and treated in the hospital at the clinic, all this led to the dog having paw necrosis, it had to be amputated in another clinic with more qualified specialists. Also, the clinic did not give a prognosis for treatment, dragged out time and money, missed testicular inflammation, castrated so that then other doctors pumped out the pus.
It's a terrible clinic, I don't recommend it.

Good afternoon! I had to seek help from the doctors of this clinic repeatedly in connection with the diseases of stray dogs. The BEST doctors I've ever come across work here. They are highly qualified, friendly, and very attentive. The stray puppies we turned to them for help survived. And it pleases. Many thanks to the doctors of this clinic!!!!
