It is convenient for walking around the city (it stands at the corner on Sovetskaya St., block to Gogol, monument to the 1000th anniversary of Brest), walking to Brest fortress for 45 - 60 minutes along the Alley of Lanterns (Gogol St.).
The disadvantage is an extremely limited number of parking spaces or paid parking, but with a sufficiently high cost of the hotel, pay 2 bel.rubles per hour for parking... Too much!
