A hotel, just a palace, a gorgeous interior. We booked another hotel of the same chain (we had already been there before) Diamond de Luxe 5*, but due to the flood we were all moved to this hotel. The contingent of vacationers here and there are mostly Germans, among them there are many Russian speakers. Mustafa met us at the reception, very cultured, intelligent, kind, responsive, and neat. The Guestlation, represented by the head, Sana Khanem, as well as Irina, Omar, Zehra, Melisa, are simply gorgeous young people, noble, responsive, kind, very decent, beautiful, sensitive, attentive, ready to help you 24 hours a day. Then, the service from the maids is just fantastic, they are so neat, clean, and do their job perfectly. Great food and drinks for every taste! I have no complaints. Because it was off-season, I can't say anything about the beach. We used the pool, saunas and got massages - we were satisfied with everything. Mega cool hotel, we come here for the third time, we have been to many places, but so that the amenities, food, alcohol and service were all super, this did not happen!!! And this is exactly such a hotel! I advise everyone! Russian Russian is a 5-minute walk to the sea, it is very convenient, the slides (water park) are super, the staff is very cool, everyone tries to speak Russian, although there are almost no Russians. Room cleaning and replenishment of the mini bar every day, you can go to an Italian or Turkish restaurant for free, free Wi-Fi, you can rent a car right at the hotel and go to Antalya, 80 km in total, or you can walk 3 minutes and in front of the River hotel they rent a car right after the fact. 7 minutes by bus to the cool Novomall shopping center, there is super shopping, a pharmacy with Russian-speaking sellers, souvenirs, sweets, super cafes (I advise Shakespeare!!) and of course perfumes and good, high-quality, Turkish things, at prices like in our market)

It's not the first time in Turkey. There were different hotels. Below 5 * I do not rest in hotels. This one made an impression. Wonderful hotel. The hotel is new, with new technologies. I really liked the interior, everywhere there are paintings and posters with views of cities. The hotel is perfectly oriented towards children. I really was out of season. There weren't many guests, but for me it's a plus. I was satisfied with the nutrition. Quite diverse and high-quality. Special thanks to the service staff. Everyone is friendly, smiling. And most importantly, I didn't feel any difference in my attitude towards myself. Equally serve guests of any nationality. And what else surprised me, but perhaps because the season is closing and there are few guests, I didn't smell cigarettes anywhere. Neither on the territory of the hotel, nor on the beach. The beach is clean. Very well maintained path to the sea. If possible, I will be happy to return to this hotel. I liked everything.

A super hotel! Excellent service, high-quality and varied food, beautiful territory. Ultra all inclusive. I was struck by a large uncovered pool with warm water of 30 °, a variety of slides nearby, working by the hour. Very interesting animation for adults, so-so for children. All animation is in German and English. They don't speak much Russian. It was annoying, of course. The road to the beach is through a beautiful pine grove. The beach is large sandy galichny. The sea is wonderful. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back!

We are currently in diamond. I must say right away, rest here is not for children. If you want to swim with ntmi in the sea. The entrance is a pebble, the depth begins immediately. The exit from the water is not fixed, the pebbles fall through, it is unpleasant. There are fish in the water that bite. A jellyfish swims for several days, it stings very painfully. You can't see it, it's like a thin film in water. Spm the beach is cleaned by a man, clean. The sand between the sunbed and the sea is not cleaned! The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is friendly. Everyone is trying to help. There are no differences. There are many Russians and Germans. There are plenty of sun beds both at the pool and on the beach. The food is decent. Alcohol, norm, it's beer, gin. Cocktails, set as in all 5. It is a 10-minute walk from the restaurant to the beach. The alley is green and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable. But, ask the cleaner for a sheet and a bedspread. We had one waffle blanket that scratches the skin unpleasantly. The temperature is regulated in the air conditioner. Rooms with a view of the river, you can't open the balcony in the evening, the smell of the river and sewage. There's nowhere to go in the evening. Shopping is necessary to go to the city. In general, the main disadvantages are entering the sea and the lack of a promenade. We're not going here anymore.

The hotel is quite nice and well maintained. I liked the number of bars and recreation areas in it, the interior designer worked hard here. The path to the sea here is about 700 meters, it did not scare us, plus a walk in the pine forest, along the flower beds, in general, romance. The disadvantage of the hotel:just zero noise insulation (earplugs to help), the sound goes through the door and through the walls. P,. S :there is a good (by Turkish standards) J&B whiskey in the bar, you just have to ask. Have a great holiday, I recommend the hotel!

The staff is friendly, tries to speak Russian, but with difficulty. There are very few Russians. The linen is changed every day, the minibar is replenished every day too. The hotel is great. Excellent hotel, clean (daily cleaning), new furniture and plumbing. Throw towels on the floor and then they will change. There is a button before leaving the room - get out or sleep.
Replenishment of the bar daily if it is emptied (large 1.5 liters of water, two cans of efes beer, 2 small non-carbonated and 2 carbonated waters, fanta and Cola).
The food is varied and very tasty: fish every day, there was also a sea day (crabs, crayfish, shrimp, mussels), meat on the ribs is cooked and peeled, poultry in different versions, a lot of vegetables (fresh, steamed, baked, stewed, grilled), watermelons are divine, a lot of sweets and a bunch of cakes (but I'm indifferent to sweets).
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a pleasant path, a pebble beach and a quick sunset, a warm and clean sea, there are enough sun beds. But by the pool you need to borrow in advance, right before breakfast. The slides by the pool are great, like a water park (10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00).
The foam party was fun in the afternoon!)))
Alcohol is constant and unlimited. Delicious and colorful cocktails are made for children.
I want to return to this hotel!

We had a rest in May 2023. Nice hotel, excellent food, friendly staff. The hotel is huge, there are a lot of lobbies, you can not go out at all in the off-season. The territory is small, everything is around the pool, but my child is already big, it's irrelevant to me) Animation all day long. A wonderful hotel, a standard fresh 5*, a wonderful place in a pine and cedar grove in the village of Tetreengel. I don't understand people who write-phew, it's not 5*, it's 4*. And what did you miss there? that's just interesting) People, wake up, if you want to wash black caviar in the morning, then you will go to the hotel not for 110 thousand per week for two (please note on Turkish airlines), but for 500 thousand. There are plenty of such hotels in Belek, in Bodrum - all sorts of max royals, alva donnas, etc. These are hotels of a different level. And the price tag is already appropriate there. Therefore, among the standard 5*, I think this is a very worthy place. The hotel is very fresh, 2015, there are no insects in the room) Towels are changed every day, the room is cleaned well, slippers, a kettle, tea/coffee, soap in a dispenser, hair conditioner and body lotion, which are not replenished for some reason. In the mini-bar, ephesus beer, soda, water are replenished every day. The in-room safe is chargeable. Hammam, sauna are included according to the standard. It is better to get to the Noval Mall in the same Koton or Waikiki, dolmush with a sign -you need Manavgat, number 9, drive for 25 minutes, the fare is 17 lira per person. Everything is great, food, drinks, rooms, service. The staff is polite, almost everyone speaks Russian. The beach is big and clean. Excellent indoor swimming pool. There are plenty of sun loungers by the outdoor pool. The territory is large and well maintained. I was on vacation with my son in early April. There were a lot of people, but there was no pandemonium anywhere.

They gave a room instead of 28 meters with a view of the river and the sea on the upper floors (from 4 to 7) a room of 58 meters on the 6th floor with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the sea and the pool. We thought about it and did not resist. Condees are working. One minute in the bathroom in the shower according to the project, there is one door leaf instead of two, the floor is wet after the procedures. The food is great. There are many types of meat: beef-veal, chicken, mutton, turkey and some other small bird like a quail, tongue. There has always been a fish. There were no seafood crabs this time, but there were squid rings. Fruits : watermelons, melons, cherries, etc. Ice cream in the evening. There are a lot of sweets.Red, white, and pink wines are offered for lunch and dinner. The cocktails in the bars are delicious and plentiful. There is also alcohol, like norms, I took Baileys, I couldn't try everything, I somehow didn't want to in the heat. On the beach without cocktails, but with beer and other alcoholics, the Germans took vodka in the morning with Schweppes. By the way, there are many Poles. Everyone treats Russians normally. I was at the hotel with the children - August 2021. The hotel is located near the river, the view is amazing, the food is very varied (fruits, meat, fish, ice cream...), polite staff. The Internet is certainly not high-speed, but it is there. The rooms were cleaned every day, towels were changed too. I really liked the hotel, we were here in late August, early September 2022. There is a large selection of food, especially in the snack bar by the sea, I really liked the freshly prepared gozleme tortillas. Watermelons/melons – out of 10 pieces, 1 is likely to be unsweetened. But this is nonsense. Grapes and plums are very tasty. Restaurants try to stick to a certain theme every day – Asian cuisine, Turkish, fish day, etc. The rooms are clean and good. The reception always helped with any question. We talked, played volleyball and bocce with foreigners – Albanians, Germans, Italians, there were no problems with anyone, everyone was cultured and friendly. In the evening, performances are constantly held, sometimes with a bias towards Turkish culture, then with a childish bias, or even an adult rave with a foam party. If you get bored at the hotel, there is a stop with public transport nearby. Shout to the Nova Mall driver! If he waves his mane, sit down with him, wander around the local shops. By the way, there are Russian-speaking sellers there. We have never regretted the chosen hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from 07/31.21 to 08/10.21 with a family with a child of 13 years old. I really liked the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the sea in a beautiful area, the sea is beautiful! Clean, warm! The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is pebbles. Swimming with a mask, you can clearly see the bottom, fish, crabs. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, many thanks to security Anaru - kind, responsive, all issues were resolved quickly (speaks several languages perfectly). The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day. There is a lot of everything in the restaurant for every taste, but after a week the food is boring. No one was left hungry. From fruits - peaches, plums, apples, pears, grapes, watermelon, melon, oranges, lemons, grapefruit - daily! The slides are cool, we rode every day! We rented electric torpedoes for three, we took a ride, we really liked it! There is a special track for such transport, it is interesting to ride around the surroundings along the Manavgat River. There are no shops nearby, only in the hotel (everything is twice as expensive), you need to take a bus to the city. I liked the animation, no vulgarities, everything is decent, the disco has a lot of Russian songs, the DJ tried to please all nations. We are very happy with our stay at this hotel! I recommend it!

The hotel is not bad, but I think the cost of the trip is still too high. The room is 2-room with 3 beds and a sea view, and I liked the huge shower cabin, no questions. The choice in the restaurant was great, but there were very few delicious dishes: 1-2 for each meal. Desserts are tasteless, only baklava is varied and good. A good Mediterranean a la carte, only the record was for a week (season, of course), there are a lot of vacationers in the hotel: Germans, Poles, Turks, a few Russians. The evening program is standard, like everywhere else, probably. But at 2 nights the hotel dies out, which is also not bad, because there is enough noise from the neighbors. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, from where you can get to Manavgat to the Novamall shopping center (although there is nothing to do there). It's great that after sunset you can walk everywhere (outside the hotel, to the sea, to the city). By the way, smoothies and milkshakes on the beach and by the pool could be included in the price of meals / accommodation, and not offered for 2.5 euros! The sea is choppy, so there are enough algae, but the water is excellent: not fresh milk. But the depth begins immediately after 2 meters. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach (there have always been places in the morning, in the afternoon, because many foreigners prefer a pool), a lot of water activities and a parachute. And on the other side of the hotel there is a river nearby, along which pleasure ships sail very picturesquely, then going out to sea. I would put 4 stars if the cost was 20 percent less. The hotel will do for one time.

Great hotel. We rested from 16.10 to 29.10.2021.
Everything is fine: check-in, accommodation, cleaning.
Alcohol is bad, you can drink: any wine, beer, gin. I don't recommend the rest.
The restaurant is excellent, you will not get fat, as it usually happens in Turkey, a good selection of dishes, no frills, everything is of high quality.
The bars work great, the bartenders are great guys, the waiters in the restaurants are super, sincere friendly attitude, in any bar, thank you.
But there is also a fly in the ointment - at sea there is such a phenomenon as boats on which vacationers are rolled (parachute, banana, etc.) so these morons like to cling to the buoys of the swimming zone fence on their boats, they pass literally 2-3 meters away. Those who do not keep well on the water are very nervous and choke on the waves that these boats create.
Dear hotel administration, calm down these morons, people are going to rest and not drown in the sea. I don't care, I'm a great swimmer, but it was unpleasant to look at this mess. I have been traveling to Turkey for more than 10 years, I have never seen such a moron.

The hotel corresponds to 5*. I liked everything. The staff is polite and friendly. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea through the forest. Side is about 30 minutes away by bus. The rooms are clean, the renovation is modern. The entertainment program is gorgeous🤗🤗

The hotel definitely does not pull in 5 stars ultra all inclusive! Maximum of 4 stars. The rooms are cheaply renovated, there are no bathrobes, the hotel territory is small, there are few greenery, it's a long way to the beach. There is a big problem with the pool seats. They occupy sun beds from 7 a.m., although according to the rules of the hotel this cannot be done. Several times we were refused beach towels simply because of their absence. The slides are open at certain hours. There is no animation, you can say. The spa does not match the prices. Everything is put on stream. There is no food. It's worth 3 stars. The restaurant is crowded. The queues are huge. The price of a ticket from Moscow for 7 nights for 2 adults with two children is about 350,000rubles. The period is from 20 to 28 August 2022.

The hotel is a solid four, not 5. A huge seven-storey building, just overpopulated in August. The sun beds by the pool are in 4 rows, not in one, as in the picture of the hotel. People occupy them at 6 a.m., rescuers throw off things and give the sunbeds to other people. Several times there were showdowns with the participation of the administration. The food was delicious and varied for the first 5 days, after that, when there were more people in the hotel, something went wrong) and the old variety was gone. The MIR card is accepted ONLY at the reception, you will not pay it in the shops of the hotel. You can only eat in strictly designated places, you will not be allowed to bring cakes from the cafe to the next bar on the table) an inadequate young employee with burning eyes rushed after us and literally took away the plate)) we paid 180 euros for a family room, the room is nice and spacious, but the animation banging through the window in the evening interfered with sleep pretty much. Contingent: mostly tourists from Kosovo, Israel, Bratislava, a lot of German Turks and our fellow citizens are enough. The interiors of the hotel are pretentious, but the artificial trees and flowers in the interiors of the hotel greatly reinforce the overall impression of a fake five. The path to the sea is lovely, of course, but try to walk along it and enjoy it at +35 degrees. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, we bought corrals. After 2 meters after entering, it is immediately deep, it is completely uncomfortable for children, and even more so for parents. There are many nuances that spoiled the impression of staying at the hotel. There are many more decent hotels in Side. We will definitely not go to this hotel a second time.

Good evening, I am currently vacationing at this hotel with teenage children. In Turkey 10 times, always 5 times. I liked the hotel, I disagree with the negative reviews. The location is excellent, the hotel is modern, clean, there are many recreation areas, the staff tries hard, the food is varied, you can have lunch at an excellent cafe on the beach, or right by the pool in the children's area. There is delicious ice cream on the beach and at the children's club after 15. The beach is one of the best in Side, a huge sandy area, open space, many sun beds under a canopy, there are always places. The animation is good. The audience is different, there are many foreigners. Great slides. I would come back here and recommend this hotel!

On the whole, I am satisfied
1. The staff is friendly enough, the appeal for all sorts of extras was not ignored (the daughter got sick, needed a warm blanket), after talking with the manager, they were allowed to take food out of the restaurant (they are watching this quite jealously)
2. Food, we did not starve, but the restaurant does not receive Michelin stars either. Lots of local snacks, swimming pool, beach
3. There is 2 buses to the city from the hotel, the cost on 09/01/12 is 12 lira, it goes back, but the number is already 10 (the driver turns the sign over). We went to Novomall, you can look for something from branded clothes, but the price is plus or minus Moscow
4. I can't tell you about alcohol, I brought it with me
5. The majority of visitors are Germans, there are Poles, Serbs, Russians. There were no conflicts, everyone is friendly enough
