There's a lot to work on.
We recently celebrated an anniversary at the Dialog Cafe. When we were choosing the menu, the choice seemed big at first glance. We ordered almost everything, without skimping, so that the guests would be satisfied. Of course, nowadays it is not the quantity of food that is more important, but its quality.
Unfortunately, the first impression of the tables was disappointing. There was no decoration, and the dishes looked unappetizing. I was especially upset by the vegetable snack – the shapelessly sliced pieces of vegetables just lay on a large plate without any decoration.Overall, the food was not pleasing to the eye, nor the taste, nor the desire to try.
As for the hot dishes, we agreed to serve them 40 minutes after the start of the banquet. During this time, a fresh side dish could have been prepared, but the potatoes were clearly warmed up, as if cooked in advance.
However, it wasn't all bad. The atmosphere in the cafe was pleasant, the music was excellent, and the guests had fun. We were lucky that the hall was only at our disposal, there was enough space for everyone to relax, dance, and for children.
But the owners should work on the design of dishes and serving. It does not require large investments, and the impression of the guests will leave a completely different one. I would like to believe that the institution will take into account the wishes and become even better.

Thank you so much for organizing the celebration. Friendly staff. The banquet was organized with a bang!We were celebrating an anniversary. Delicious cooking and beautiful decoration of dishes. A good selection of songs by the DJ. A nice and cozy space that allowed you to enjoy the holiday and get an unforgettable experience.

Wow! Yesterday we were at the anniversary in the Dialogue. Everything is very tasty and beautiful. Neat and beautiful staff. I was especially impressed by the girl who behaved perfectly and sang beautifully. We watched a neon light show performed by her (from the Show program "Ellie's Neon Show") . I liked everything very much.
