A great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in this kind of nature) The idea is great, everything is equipped for 4 people. At the back of the house you can sit and swim on the river (especially at sunset it is very atmospheric) there is also a garland hanging on the tree, and this adds its charm) Before I arrived, I read a lot of reviews, some of which were bad, but I didn't really find any of them. Yes, there's a bio toilet, but it's not as terrible as they said , everything is clean and tidy inside . Disposable dishes were bought so as not to wash) There is a specially equipped bottle of water on the tree to wash your face and hands ( I don't see anything problematic here either)
What they wrote about the bathhouse is that it takes a long time to heat up, there is no steam and it cools down quickly - this is not true. We threw firewood with a guy and went fishing (yes, you can buy a fishing rod and fish for 20 rubles there) while we were doing other things, 1.5 hours later, the sauna was superbly heated somewhere, we went there maybe in 10 visits until the evening) and so that it wouldn't cool down, as others wrote, we just threw firewood and that's it! No, there are no problems. Personal advice, if you eat in the warmer months, then the house itself does not need to be heated at night thinking that it will freeze. It 's already warm in the house , but we melted it and it was very hot , especially on the second floor , so we moved to the first floor. The only negative that I found there is no curtains and in the morning the sun is very warm and shining in my face, I couldn't sleep in the morning) well, maybe it's for the best 😂 we woke up earlier and relaxed in nature before 12 o'clock) breakfast on the terrace , fresh air, birdsong, what else is needed for happiness) The guard is a pleasant polite person, showed and told everything)

you can steam a little in the sauna, roast kebabs.. and it's cozy to sit at a hookah in the gazebo...
(In winter, the sleeping place is too hot at the top, it's a little cold at the bottom if you don't see the stove)

We rented a beryuz house. I celebrated my birthday with my wife, sister and her husband. At first, I liked everything, everything is fine. But then the shoals started coming out.
1. The lack of liquid soap, detergent, and shampoo with shower gel could be added.
2. The firewood is only pine, so you can forget about a good and long heat from the barbecue and sauna. Bring coals for the barbecue.
3. Dishes, grate and skewers turned out to be dirty, so I had to look for at least liquid soap to wash them.
4. The doors of the bathhouse do not close tightly, as the temperature and humidity changes have already weakened. And the hinges on the front door of the bathhouse are on their last legs.
5. The grill itself turned out to be defective, the emblem of the house in the center of the grill was missing on both sides. So everything burned out very quickly.
6. Well, there were not enough dishes, just one glass, a couple of glasses for whiskey and a couple of glasses for wine. There weren't many plates either.
But overall, we had a good rest. Everyone liked it.

There was a sauna in the pink house
without a dressing room, there is one in Beryuzov, it is warm in the house itself, but it is very hot in the morning, especially on the second floor, the sun is shining from morning until lunch, do not sleep in the morning on a sunny day for sure!
The bed linen is NOT FRESH, they obviously slept on it more than once, it's better to take your own, towels are questionable.
The firewood is bad and if there is not enough, you need to pay 20p, The coals are for a fee, the skewers are dirty, as is the grill (take your own).
Fishing, 1 fishing rod, 20 rubles
. Among the advantages : nature, friendly guard and cute dog.
Is it worth 400p? I don't think so.

There are no amenities, which no one warns about. Food can only be cooked and heated over a campfire. We went to Bobruisk to feed the child a normal meal. The toilet is outside, and it's a bio toilet. There is no need to talk about some kind of sanitation.
The main bonus is an unlimited sauna, which is not a bonus, but a vital necessity, since it is the only source of water on the territory. There you can wash dishes, brush your teeth, and wash your face.
The firewood is raw, and we spent all our "rest" running around and heating the bathhouse to wash, the campfire to eat, and the stove in the house to keep warm.
Nothing has been thought out in the house where we lived. Not a single hanger, not even a shelf to put down any valuable little things. Right in the middle of the room was a dump of bags with clothes and outerwear.
You can't even wash your hands in the house-only in the bathroom.
One of the advantages is beautiful nature and a pleasant watchman.
The price for these conditions is inadequate.

The rest is not bad. It's very well conceived. There are fish in the pond. The sauna, firewood, barbecue, skewers, grill are all there. There is a fence, but there is a nuance, it has holes, i.e. if you go with dogs naturally run out, you need to block yourself. The main disadvantage is that at first they did not want to let them with a German Shepherd, although they warned in advance and asked permission to rest with this breed. Our dog is very obedient, so it didn't cause any problems. Also, of course, there is not enough window on the second tier, it is very hot there in the heat. Overall, a good rest.

The idea is great, but it's not worth the money. We were vacationing with my wife. Of the advantages, a gorgeous view: forest, lake. A lot of disadvantages. Starting from the fence, through which you can see everything that happens near the house. The grill is full of holes in several places, the coals fall out, the barbecue was fried several times. The bath is very weak, you need to heat it for more than two hours before going to steam. However, even after that, the steam is very weak. The door doesn't close tightly and all the steam goes out. Another big disadvantage is the lack of brooms, which are sold locally for 15p, and are not included in the price. The house itself is not bad, but the sofa was broken and screwed with screws, folded several times during the night. The whole back ached from such a sofa in the morning. There are no blinds on the window of the house, or any curtains passing through the forest, from other houses to the lake, people will see everything that happens inside. As a result, for such money you can rent a house with the best conditions.

We had a rest in March . We decided to go with our family to have a rest , but after such a rest we need another rest . Unsanitary conditions- a toilet that cannot be entered. There is no water , there is no way to wash the dishes , there is a hand basin , but if you wash the dishes , put it only on the ground . I don 't think I 'll say anything about the toy bathhouse . It totally sucks. The dishes mentioned (set for 4 persons) are three such plates, one different, two more different, one glass, one glass , everything needed to be washed, but with what ??? On the second floor , there is a layer of dust between the window and the mattress , the windows that I wanted to look at and enjoy from nature would need to be washed . There's a stove in the house, if you heat it , there's nothing to breathe if you don't heat it. There are no hangers, no nails, there is no place to hang jackets and things. Don't look at the picture, it's not worth the money!!!
