empty promises and nothing in fact, ordered a spare part on Friday, asked the manager when he would arrive, he promised on Tuesday, called on Tuesday they said they still needed to wait until Friday, asked again "will he arrive for sure?!!!", yes he will arrive 100% wait for the call on Friday. so no one called. I called myself - no one picks up the phone!!! I do not recommend this online store
