The situation is as follows, my husband and I came half an hour before the store closed and I liked the knitted jumpsuit in the department of things for small children, but I did not find the right size in the window and decided to look at the size grid on the website and in which stores are available. It showed that it is in the children's world that there is exactly the right size on the tulpar - what I need. I sent my husband to find a consultant to help us find the size. The consultant was in the same department and, as I understand it, he was either engaged in exhibiting a new product, or putting things in order at the end of the day - in general, I think he could find 10 minutes of his working time to help us. When my husband asked if there was a size we were interested in, the consultant (the girl) said: everything that is is on display. I heard and said that through the application it shows the availability of goods in your store, the consultant (girl) replied: Well, it means in the warehouse. I say, what if I want to buy this product now in exactly the size I need. The consultant (the girl) replied: well, then you can't. With all this, the girl was doing her job and did not come off, even to come up elementary. With all her answers, she made it clear that she clearly had no desire to help. Here the question arises: what are consultants for, if you can't even ask them for help. I understand everything, even if the girl did not have time to find the goods in the warehouse, she could simply politely answer or call her colleague for help. There were practically no customers in the store.
Ethics and service are at 0. You can watch on the cameras how everything happened at 20:30-20:40, the department where the slips and bodysuits are located.
I hope the administration of this store will take into account the treatment of employees with customers.
Not bad, I can even say good, the product range is good, but not always, the problem with the cash register is always long queues, either sellers are chasing teas, or there are not enough sellers. There have always been reasonable prices, but now it has become too expensive.
