I give 5 points only to departments with children's things. We bought shoes and clothes! It's a bit expensive sometimes, but always good quality clothes. As it is, the building itself has been waiting for modern repairs and reconstruction for a long time.
This is a relic of the USSR, the central avenue of the city, and the place just seems to have been left in the past for 40 years. Mostly Chinese-made children's clothes are sold, not of the best quality.
