A good playground, a special coating reduces the likelihood of injury in a fall, I liked the relatively quiet location, the presence of slides and sandboxes, it is noticeable that the management of the Lipen residential complex maintains order on the site, the sandboxes are constantly cleaned by wipers, of course, there are enough different pests, but we like the playground

It's a great playground. Good coverage. There are sandboxes, slides, swings, ropes, etc. for almost any age. There are quite a lot of people in the evenings. It's quieter at lunchtime
