After that, I applied three more times. I strongly ADVISE you NOT to contact this organization!!!
I ordered a spare part for my car from them, the manager clarified
the vin number and after a while called back with an offer
of an analog that is available, the price was satisfied and agreed
on paid delivery in Minsk day to day since my car
is not on the move due to this breakdown.
I called in the afternoon and arranged for delivery from 19 to 21.
A day passes, an evening, a day.. There was no call from the courier, not from the manager,
I'm dialing to clarify that with my order, they say your manager will call you back now.
It takes half an hour to get a call from the manager: Hello, due to difficulties
we could not deliver the spare parts to you, but we can send them today,
extremely indignant because of the deadlines, I agree to their offer and also wait for the spare
part at the same time only the next day. Another day passes....
A car without a driver's license at the station for the 2nd day and I without an everyday means of transportation..
Although the spare parts are available in other organizations, I did not order them out of politeness
and agreement with this company.
I dial on the 3rd day to clarify why there is no s/h on the 3rd day that
is available and is not informed on the order, they say no and
are not available, I clarify why they did not inform? The manager says
that they are not obliged and ends the dialogue with me in an extremely uncommunicative manner.
Bottom line: If you want to order a spare part, my advice is to contact any other
organization, but do not contact this one!!! so as not to be
deceived and not stay in the same situation as me.

In general, we have lost our fear and conscience. In one day, the SST-5 brake tube connector has risen in price from 6 rubles to 10 rubles!!! It is also a complete "piggishness" to put crossed out 11. Like they give you a discount. I think they have the same "discounts" for the rest of the spare parts. A 40% increase doesn't seem too much to you?
