We had a family vacation (mom, dad, teenager, from 03/26/03/2025. The staff of the restaurant (the main one) are working wonderfully: throughout the rest we were served by Ahmed Koraah (captain), Ashraf Mohamed, Ahmed Ibrahim. The guys are always polite, friendly, smiling, always served quickly, very attentive to all visitors, but at the same time they do not bother and are always tactful. The guys are always clean, trimmed, shaved, clean hands, clean clothes and shoes. Tables, tablecloths, cutlery, napkins, chairs and floors are always clean. Even if someone suddenly spilled something, it was always immediately cleaned up. No dirt. No one bothered or asked for tips, but we always thanked them! About the restaurant and the food: the food is varied, there is always something to choose, the hot is always at the right temperature. If there were more seafood and fish, it would be great. Excellent work by the entire restaurant team, including the cleaners. We have never had any digestive problems during our entire vacation. All the restaurant staff were always polite and smiled and said hello! I liked everything at the ala kart restaurant (seafood and French) too! Clean, fast, delicious! A very beautiful restaurant between the sea and the lagoon, even just to sit, it's very soulful! Room cleaning is always excellent. Swan, boat, doggie))) made of towels with flower petals - very cute! About the pool and the sea: I really liked that there are pools for any age and request. The water is a little cool, but it's not a big problem. It is important that there is a lifeguard or lifeguards at each pool and at sea! The beach, sun beds - everything is always clean! The net is stretched in front of the lagoon! It's soothing. You can go to the open sea, where there are rocks and dive with a mask, there is something to see, but be sure to wear corals! The sea was cool. When there was wind, it was even cold! About the hotel grounds and the garden: special thanks to the gardeners and all the staff! How green, clean and beautiful everything is, how many flowers, what scents, amazing! The gardeners are great fellows, they've been trying very hard since the morning! Large lobby (reception) - separate love! How cozy, beautiful, and fragrant it is! The designer did a good job, the interior is great! Comfortable sofas, pillows, tables, bathrooms! Everything is done with love, soul and warmth! A Russian girl, Elina, works on the territory of the hotel - she books restaurants and helps tourists! Very attentive! There are situations when you need to explain in your native language in order to get information. Elina helped us. There is a large tennis field, table tennis, large chess, places for outdoor games. It won't be boring. What I would like to improve: update the numbers! Our room was already old (building 6), furniture, curtains - everything is already "tired", it's time to change everything! This room does not match the general appearance of the hotel! However, upon check-in, you can officially pay 20-40 dollars per room per day and you will be given a renovated room (since these rooms are no longer standard, but a higher category). About excursions: we arrived from Biblio-Globu (at the site of Sun International), from them we went to Luxor (4 hours one way), the Sheriff was the guide. The bus is big with a toilet, the sanitary stop is in about 2 hours. The tour is probably one of the most interesting, and I really enjoyed it. A security guard with a gun was with us all the way. If you have the opportunity to go to Luxor for two days, then it's better, because there are a lot of interesting things there and you can't see everything in one day. And of course, it's very fast everywhere, because there are a lot of places and little time.

The presence of a sports ground, an outdoor play area. Animation program, charging / dancing, who cares. The food is varied, the food is delicious. The waiters work technically, everything is done promptly at dinners in the halls, thanks to them for the cleanliness. Friendly staff. There is a shop on the territory, of course it is more expensive, but it is convenient that you do not need to go somewhere. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are provided properly. Upon arrival, they asked if there was an allergy to food, they gave me a card, and I could show it to the cook. A separate delight is the beach, we went to choose a hotel along the beach, this is a lagoon covered with nets to protect against sharks. It's also completely calm, there are no waves. Sand, smooth entrance. If you want to have access to the open sea from the other side, you can watch fish with a mask. There are three pools, children's water slides for toddlers. My 10-year-old daughter wasn't particularly interested in such things. There is a service on the beach, drinks are served. There was a camel, we went for a ride. The only thing that upset me was the alakart restaurants, we signed up and came to the del mare restaurant...the attitude of the staff there is not very good, like you are without paying for the price menu. We waited for 30 minutes until they started grumbling and started serving us. Fatusha is better, but there was no way to choose dishes from the menu, they said take what you have...in general, we would not have rushed through the alyakart system if the guide had not told us what was included in the price, go ahead. If they knew what an attitude is, and if there was a desire, they would have gone to the cost of the dishes on the menu. We took a guided sightseeing tour and paradise island. By a miracle, they did not choose an excursion to the bathyscaphe, a tragedy occurred that day. I was amazed that the next day on the beach, some kind of excursion seller, not from the official tour operator, offered an excursion to the bathyscaphe. We were surprised because the official channels wrote that these excursions were in stock. The harassment on the beach was tiring, but you could tie an orange ribbon on an umbrella and they wouldn't come near us. I was pestered by the sellers of excursions, they are allowed into the hotel, apparently they have a joint business))) This was the first time we had been to Egypt, and I was biased against this resort. Of the 100% positive, 60% of the hotel and the sea are fine, but the arrival and departure from the country are terrible, the airport is disgusting. Safety on excursions is weak. Here you need to turn on your brain and understand that money is being made on tourists. We were very worried about the tourists who got on the bathyscaphe. Strength to family and friends.

We stayed in this hotel from 05/27/25 to 06/03/25, we liked the hotel, all in flowers and greenery, everything is well maintained. The hotels have a lot of staff, all responsive and smiling. Great shows in the evenings. Delicious food. We checked in 2 hours earlier and didn't pay anything extra to the room we booked, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the bar was refilled with soda as it was emptied.Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory, in the rooms and even on the beach. The only disadvantage is that they don't understand Russian well, and the translator helped us out. I definitely recommend it. Russians were treated the same as Europeans.

We had a rest from 30.03.2025 to 10.04.2025 This trip to Egypt pleasantly surprised our family thanks to this hotel. The atmosphere is wonderful, the hotel is surrounded by flowers. The interior is very thoughtful, there are so many little things, the lobby and the Balla Vista are a separate love (by the way, there is the most delicious coffee, especially ayscafe) I got up early in the morning, the smell of fresh flowers all over the hotel, a wonderful gym almost on the beach. Every day, representatives of the hotel came up to us and asked if we liked everything , if there were any suggestions . When I asked for the iron, it was in our room in 10 minutes. From Alaska, I liked the French restaurant the most! I am rarely directly impressed by hotels where it is comfortable, beautiful and I want to return, but here everything is really fine and the next trip to Hurghada is only to this hotel.

I liked the hotel, nice beach, green and well-groomed territory, friendly staff. Of the cons: There are buildings with old repairs, everything works but they are badly damaged. We moved in TWO times after check-in. In the first room, the shower tray cracked, we immediately changed the room to another one with a view of the garden in the 2000 building, but if you come on vacation with young children, then this is not your option. There is an evening soda cocktail bar under the windows and every evening there is an evening disco until 11 o'clock, even with the curtains and windows closed, it is very noisy in the room ((((((). Therefore, we went to the reception again and asked to change the room. We were changed to a room in building 3000 with a view of the road, not very beautiful, but much quieter. If you are vacationing with children, it is best to take buildings 3000 and 6000, they are next to the pool and the restaurant is just around the corner. Be sure to buy shoes for the sea, I even managed to step on a sharp shell with a crab in the lagoon and then picked out a thorn from the heel for a long time. P.S. It's better to take a room on the third floor, otherwise mosquitoes just eat on the ground floor))

The hotel is undergoing renovation of the main building, so the reception is in the winter garden. The rooms are very tired, the water pressure in the shower is very low (it's a problem for a wife/daughter with long hair to wash her head), the food is quite decent, and there are different grills for lunch and dinner. The Internet is weak, Wi-Fi is no longer available in the room, you need to go out on the balcony. In my (subjective) opinion, 5* does not pull, at best 4*.

There are many Ukrainians and Poles who are negatively inclined, and conflicts occur. Despite many years of working with Russians, the Egyptians have not learned to understand basic things. It's a lot of silly humor (everyone has the same jokes), they don't understand it even with an Arabic translator. The feeling that they are completely uneducated and cannot read. They try to help, but misunderstanding and ignorance of basic communication skills creates a gap between the staff and tourists. For the first time I saw that even at the reception no one really speaks English or Russian. There are a lot of mosquitoes. Buy raptor and spray. There is a lot of food, but it is very monotonous. There is a good SENZOMALL shopping center not far from the hotel, a 15-minute walk away. I recommend purchasing a SIM card for the Internet immediately upon arrival at the airport. I liked the WE operator. If there are problems with this operator, you can always contact the office in the mall, but you will have to communicate there only in English, well, or in Arabic. In the hotel, SIM cards are 4 times more expensive. The hotel has a good paid massage and a hammam. The staff is always friendly, and if you can communicate a little in Arabic, then you will be treated just fine. Have a good rest.

We were placed in the 5000 building, it was recently renovated, which was pleasantly surprised, respectively, the furniture, appliances are all new, it should be noted very comfortable mattresses, but extremely uncomfortable high and tightly stuffed pillows, however, at my request they were replaced with softer ones, but, alas, also not very comfortable. Linen, towels - everything is perfectly white and clean. Cleaning every day, not perfect, but not bad either. The hotel has a very friendly staff, all employees try to help and resolve any issue quickly. I was pleased with the food, a large selection of dishes, everything we tried was delicious and made from high-quality products, the main restaurant was very large, there were no long queues for food, except at the beginning of dinner for shrimp or other seafood, but after a while the queue dissolved and you could come up for more). There are a lot of vacationers with children of different ages, there are many different dishes for children, ranging from porridges, soups, steamed vegetables and boiled meat/ chicken, ending with not very healthy French fries, burgers, donuts, etc. That is, no one will remain hungry))). The restaurant also has friendly staff, they quickly clean the tables, change the tablecloths, set the table, so you can always find a place, we only had to wait a few minutes until a table was available. Beach towels can be changed throughout the day, there are several pick-up points, very convenient. The entrance to the sea is gently sloping sandy, with rocks in places, sand everywhere in the lagoon, ideal for children. We are very pleased with the hotel, I hope we will be able to visit it more than once. I definitely recommend it!
