I have never seen so much boorish treatment anywhere else. As an employee of the archive, I called my colleagues with the hope of helping them find information for the applicant. But the Lugansk colleagues were absolutely not happy, the employee did not even give the opportunity to fully explain the essence of the issue, but only threw in the middle of my phrase the rudest "yes, I have no idea" and hung up. These are the kind of professionals who work here and do their best to help people. If this is the attitude towards your fellow archival workers, then it's scary to imagine how ordinary citizens are treated in this institution…
There was no need to contact the archive itself, but I have lived in this area for many years, it is quiet, beautiful, comfortable, with wide bright streets. I recommend.
