Cheating on the cost of consultation and a complete lack of customer orientation I signed up for a consultation with a gnathologist at this clinic. Before recording, I clarified on WhatsApp how much the consultation costs. At first, they told me that 15,000 tenge, and after 5 minutes they wrote that the consultation was free, and immediately offered to sign me up. I came to an appointment today, and as a result, they charged me 15,000 tenge. When I reminded them that they had written to me about a free consultation, the staff began to get confused in their explanations: they say, it was probably the bot who answered that way, but the consultation is paid, and they can't do anything. The administrator (or director, it's unclear which one) was invited, who first pretended to figure it out, mentioned some kind of "promotion", and then simply switched to another client. When I clarified again, he said that "no, the consultation should be paid," and continued to pretend that nothing had happened. This attitude towards clients indicates unprofessionalism and disrespect. Even if you are already faced with deception and lack of responsibility for your own promises at the consultation stage, there is no trust in this clinic. I don't recommend it. Be careful, clarify everything several times and be prepared for the fact that you may be told one thing and then billed for another.

My daughter had braces installed in this clinic. The orthodontist found an excellent approach to the child, explained everything in an accessible way. The procedure was quick and painless. My daughter chose colored braces, which pleased her. Getting used to it was easier than expected. We are grateful for the detailed care instructions. The result is already visible, the daughter is happy to go for checkups.

I've been to this dentist.Suddenly, a tooth broke.I had to look for a lot of organizations.And you don't know who to trust. I was lucky.I called you.I met a girl .She asked if you had an appointment. Then the surgeon came with a medical brother. I deleted the root in a split second.She thanked him and left.After 4 days, another tooth broke. I had to go to the dentist again. Responsive doctors. They wrote the recipe.What kind of medicine to use and what to rinse with.The staff is young and friendly.
