When you come to an orthopedic dentist for treatment, you are "handed over" to a young inexperienced therapist who stuffs a hand on you under the supervision of an orthopedist. Paying a lot of money for zirconium crowns, I would like the doctor to carry out the treatment himself from beginning to end.
