Convenient location along the road, large noticeable building. Since the clinic is relatively new, respectively, a new renovation, it's nice to be inside. There is a hanger for outerwear, shoe covers at the entrance and also where you can sit and wait for your turn. There is a harmless dog on the territory of the clinic. Inside the clinic there are several different doctors, both treating and those who make prostheses and implants, it is possible to take a picture of the entire jaw there. During the treatment, a portable X-ray is used (to remove 1 specific tooth at a time). Using this X-ray, they show how the tooth looks at the beginning of treatment, during treatment and after treatment. The staff is polite enough at the payment point, but the dental assistants do not behave professionally and are distracted during the procedure. They do not use cofferdam (i.e. they do not isolate the tooth with a special layer, this improves the quality of work).
The prices are reasonable, there is a brochure with a price list, but the final one is known only after the completion of treatment.
A decent enough clinic, of course, has its drawbacks, but after treatment there were no special complaints.

Professionals in their field. I recommend reasonable prices. Every time I went from Almaty to be treated here. Not worse than Almaty's top clinics, if not better.
