In the summer of the 22nd, I decided to open an account here. I was sitting in line behind a person who had an account and a card opened with the condition that I also need to order a credit card. When it was my turn, the girl said that we were not opening accounts :) I'm saying that I just heard that you can open an account if you order a credit card. She smiled and very reluctantly arranged everything. Of course, I didn't come to get a credit card a week later, since I was already in Russia. 10t lira had to be invested for 3 months. Then in 2024 the manager changed. Ibrahim is there now. He speaks Russian and sometimes consults through WhatsApp when he can. Great guy! I give 5 stars for him. We opened a debit card today. The manager who helped us is generally the best and most loyal bank employee I've ever met. He spoke English. Thank you very much!
PS I advise you not to ask the guard (he said that you cannot open the card from them), but immediately take a receipt for the queue and wait. They offered 10k bucks, but they allowed me to invest less on a deposit.
