Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the balconies are small. Hairdryer, kettle, air conditioning, TV. It is a five-minute walk from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants around. It is not located on a busy street. Good breakfasts, mostly from national dishes, fruits.
A good hotel, close to the sea, there are many places around where you can eat delicious food, the rooms are comfortable, we only had breakfast, but very plentiful, for every taste
We had a rest in March -April 2025. Rooms 1704, 1710. We lived with the children in different rooms. When booking, they indicated that the rooms should be nearby, but when we were checked in, the reception pretended that they did not understand us. What about the hotel: it's really a very tired hotel. Dinosaur-era furniture) and a dirty bathroom. I had to wipe the mirror myself, because I couldn't see the reflection, and the bathroom curtain was dirty and stained. The blinds in the bathroom were dirty, too, and the water pressure left much to be desired. When entering the room, there was a smell of an old grandmother, it was even difficult to hang things in the closet. Cleaning was done every day, but for this it was necessary to leave the light bulb on at the entrance for understanding. Cleaning is one name- they swept and left, but after that they had to take a broom from the cleaner, and sweep the sand near the bed, the floors were not washed, the dust was not wiped. You can't go out on the balcony without shoes, the floor is very dirty. The towels were changed every day, but they were already tired too, on the last day they had a hole. The bedclothes were changed 1 time in 12 days, but my aunt made the bed every day and it pleased me. Every day, 2 bottles of water were supplied and, if necessary, soap and soap products were reported. The hallway is dirty, and the elevator doors are covered in handprints. Wi-Fi was working every other time, the signal was very weak. The password on the safe in the rooms was knocked out and on the very first day we asked the reception to make them, but they did not come to us all the time. The breakfasts are monotonous, and if you can still eat something for the first three days, then you shouldn't eat it anymore. Fried eggs, so that the yolk remains liquid and cold. Tea and coffee are also slightly warm. The only fruits are watermelon, dragon fruit, orange and inedible ranettes. We ordered a lunch box once, because we were leaving for an excursion at 5 a.m. The lunch box contains 2 boiled eggs, 1 sausage of questionable quality, 1 green banana, 4 slices of bread, and a small bottle of plain water. The pool is cold and has sand in the evening (most likely tourists from the beach go straight to the pool). The entrance area is dirty, and there are broken tiles on the steps.
Positive: the view from the balcony is simply gorgeous (if you don't look down). 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is a delicious kebab shop nearby. Quiet street.
Cons: dirt, broken Wi-Fi, lots of noisy Chinese, Koreans and their children, monotonous breakfasts. Roosters in the backyard, who start singing songs at 03 a.m. and can be heard very clearly even on the 17th floor).
The hotel does not pull on 4 stars, from the word at all.
