The hotel is located almost in the very center on a shopping street. Welcome Shopping Center is 10-15 minutes away on foot. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The double room with two separate beds is spacious. The room has a kettle, two cups, disposable and plastic slippers,toothbrushes and toothpaste, soap, hair dryer. I saw a mini fridge in the next room, we didn't have it.

I liked the hotel. Nice rooms, clean, cozy. There are two restaurants in the hotel itself. Friendly staff, smiling residents of the city - a separate story 😁 The hotel is very conveniently located. Bus stops, shops - everything is nearby. We stay in Demina for the second time and there was no desire to change it👍

There are many tourist groups from China. Up to 6 buses almost every day . It seems that people only come to the hotel to spend the night. They leave the hotel early in the morning, it turns out a big pandemonium in the restaurant. On some days, there are not so many arrivals, but then they put out little to eat.

A hotel smoked to death! The rooms are terrible, the bed looks like it's about to collapse under you, the floors have never been washed under the bed at all, it's very uncomfortable. We never went to the buffet in the hotel, because the smell of cigarette smoke mixed with the smells of Chinese food just turned up. But in front of the hotel in the next building there was a wonderful buffet
