A very cozy place with fast service and loyal staff. Delicious shish kebab, scalding khachapur on a spit and very pleasant lemonade "Dam". Thanks to the waiter Guram for the good service and humanity (he transferred us from the air conditioner to a cozy place near the window overlooking the embankment)

This is just a fantastic hotel!!!!! Sea view, cold natural walls; magnificent, respectful staff; we forgot all the recharges for gadgets, everything was forwarded without complaints and extras. expenses.... Special thanks to RADA for that!!!! And what kind of meat dish is in the restaurant, it cannot be described.... If you have a holiday (we had), then the compliment is provided 👌🏽the rooms are clean, everything is there, the style is modest Empire (I don't know how to describe it).... A very pleasant place!!!!

The hookah man does not serve hookahs at all, he brought it, put it on, we did not see him again. As a result, the hookah was smoked for 20 minutes, it is impossible to smoke it further, no one changes the coals, although the workload of the cafe is a maximum of 30%, a couple of people smoke hookah. There are no complaints about the waitress, she is friendly. We haven't tried the kitchen.

There are no questions about the kitchen. We were on vacation more than once, spent evenings, left for tea. In general, the service is good for Abkhazia.
Disappointed with the service…
We arrived at 22.30, the waiter guy provided us with a menu, put us at the table. Our waiter did not come, we turned to the waitress girl, asking her to take the order, the answer was "Another waiter girl is responsible for your table, now she will come."
We waited for our service with the words: "The kitchen closes in 10 minutes and in general I did not see you at 22.30 and you were not there."
The question is, where do I leave money in Abkhazia? Of all the cafes and restaurants, it was the only one that suited us.
With this attitude, we will not come to this institution in principle anymore.
This was our last trip to Abkhazia....

If it were possible not to put stars at all, I would not put them. We stopped here for lunch today. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children). The service is just ugly. Chicken soup was brought to the children. So you can nail up the pieces of chicken that were in this soup. The dishes are not served professionally - one was brought to eat, and everyone else is sitting and watching (it seems that the waiters do not know anything about the rules of service). And it was not rush hour, i.e. there were a lot of empty tables, respectively, the waiters did not have a "spare". After our waiter was told that the dishes should be served at the same time, there was a feeling that we simply stopped being noticed. We waited 15 minutes for the bill. We will never come here again.
