Terrible hotel and deception!
If you are reading this review, then don't make the mistake of stopping here! The rating is fake, the positive reviews are fake!!
We booked a two-room apartment with a kitchen in the booking office. We arrived, and the reception told us that they would not be able to move us into these apartments, allegedly due to the fact that there were problems with electricity (the day before arrival, I specifically wrote to them and asked if everything was in order with our reservation, they replied: "yes, everything is fine"). They said they could only provide 2 standard rooms. We were outraged for a long time, but the solution was offered only this, or not to settle us at all. We agreed to stay for 1 night to look for other accommodation options in the city.
When we entered the room, we realized that it was dark. Windows at street level, old furniture. In one room, there were leftovers of someone's food in the fridge!! In the second case, when the refrigerator was opened, ammonia began to evaporate from it, releasing a terrible acrid smell. This room was replaced with another one, the same economy class, but (it seemed to be scary to open) with a functioning refrigerator.
There was no hot water in one of the rooms. Ants and mosquitoes were seen in the room.
In the morning, breakfast consisted of cold fried eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, 2 types of cheese, jam, bread, tea, coffee, juice. We expected the worst, but in principle it's not as bad as everything else in this "hotel".
Conclusion: after reading the reviews NOT on booking, it became clear that this situation is not an isolated one, but even normal for this "hotel". I definitely do NOT recommend staying and booking accommodation here. A very bad place.

A great place to relax. Rented an apartment. The room is clean, separate from the main building. Underfloor heating, air conditioning, the room has everything you need! Large double bed + sofa + 2 folding beds! There's enough room for everyone. The room is large and spacious. The child did not get off the treadmill. There is a place to park the car if necessary. The place is in a quiet courtyard, so it interferes with nicotine. An additional bonus is the exit to your small courtyard where you can fry meat or just sit in the morning with a cup of coffee. The view is not very good there, but it's still cozy!! Everything works in the kitchen. Among the disadvantages - a small kettle (tea was cooked in a saucepan), the absence of a dishwasher (well, this is not a big problem), mosquitoes pain! Otherwise, everything is super! The breakfast, though modest, is sufficient! The staff is very friendly and respond to all requests!!!

We booked by booking, upon arrival we were told that there was an error in booking and the whole hotel is occupied. Moreover, we were not the only ones at the reception. The manager at the reception did nothing to remedy the situation. I didn't call the manager, I didn't do ANYTHING. I think this attitude towards the guests is rude

It is convenient because it is close to the embankment. Nearby, if I'm not mistaken, there is a 24-hour coffee shop or it works late. We lived on the second floor, windows facing the road. In general, the norms. There are breakfasts.

Absolutely murdered hotel. The linoleum is cracked, the furniture is broken, the bathtub is mildewed and stinks of sewage. The window wouldn't close. ressepshen was contacted, the answer is: There are no other numbers.. Didn't offer to help. The second employee helped with the window. For breakfast, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes... The omelet is cooked. There's nothing to eat
