A wonderful hotel, we will definitely come back again!
The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is friendly!

We stayed at the hotel in October 2020, at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. The hotel is luxurious, rich, everything is clean, the staff is all friendly, smiling. The main restaurant has a large number of food, a huge selection-steaks that are fried in front of you, fresh fish is fried for you too, which one you like best, red fish, wok, a sea of snacks, the language is simply divine, it melted in your mouth. Past the restaurant, food at every step, there is its own chocolate bar, a coffee shop with desserts, an alley that leads to the sea, will also not leave you hungry, baby potatoes, fast food. fruits and vegetables, drinks....Various parties are held, the beach is gorgeous, the pier is serviced, the bar is filled in the room, wine was left at the bar for $ 2) There are Ala-maps for free. In general, I can only sing laudatory odes to this hotel))) Proximity to the airport, 20 minutes and you are there. We were in mid-October for 3 adults for 7 nights for 128 tons, now the price is of course sky-high! But I would never go back there again!!!

We had a vacation at Dolphin Imperial in February 2024! The hotel is huge and beautiful! The service is excellent! The staff is smart and friendly! Delicious food and drinks! There are many restaurants and bars where delicious food and cocktails are prepared! Pastries and desserts for every taste! Baklava has many types of weather in February was very warm up to 30 degrees Celsius in the afternoon! The rooms are huge, the bed linen is new and beautiful, the bathrobes are snow-white!
Live music and dancing in the evening! Animators work for 5+! Water aerobics in a heated pool, aerobics in the fresh air!
At the end of the holiday, the hotel made gifts to guests in the form of beach bags, caps. Special thanks to the beautiful girl Elmira, who introduced our family to the hotel in detail and kindly helped us in everything!
The hotel left only wonderful impressions!

We were in April, the pool was heated for children with small slides. There is a water park for older children. The hotel is huge. The rooms are fresh, the renovation is good. The territory is very clean, beautiful, well maintained. Very good service. The food is very tasty. We were in French, we ate frog legs)), but we no longer went because we were with small children. we got to this hotel for a very inexpensive price, now we would not go for such a price. I was at this Hotel for the second time (October'24)
In 2021, it was much better!
There are many disadvantages to this: Animation sucks ((Turkish alcohol is just poison!((
There has always been good European Proseco champagne in 5* hotels, and this time there is something creepy, both wine and champagne!!(((
Wi-Fi when checking in only to the room ((( as a rule, tourists without Internet in the hotel for half a day..((
The rooms have never had the floor cleaned in 10 days!(( only towels were changed and that's it!..

- We cleaned every day, but we are not picky and did not check the quality, I liked everything - it was clean enough;
- Bathrobes and towels are divinely gentle) you will definitely like them. Soft and envelop your skin gently;
- Food - everything is delicious (fish, meat, vegetables, it makes no sense to list - everything is delicious and for any choice). I like grilled foods, but the choice of food diets was varied (there were steamed and stewed dishes), fruits - watermelon is delicious, melon, pears, etc. I saw the children's menu, but we rested without children, I can't say anything in more detail.
But! You can find everything from food, exactly to your taste
- animation for kids is interesting
- there was animation for adults, but I can't say that it impressed, but it's subjective.

We were at this hotel in the middle of July with four people (three adults and a child).
The hotel has a lot of Russian-speaking staff, which makes the trip easier. Thanks to Melek at the front desk. She helped us with all the questions.
We took the connected number. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the side sea view is not very visible from the second floor, but because of the heat we did not sit on the balcony.
The room cleaning was good, regular.
We went to the main restaurant to eat (we did not try additional a la card, there is no need). The food is varied, everyone will find something to their taste. Also, there are various delicious tortillas/donners/potatoes in the pool area (like our potato crumbs), and we want to try all this, so sometimes we didn't even eat much in the main restaurant to try something here.
By the pool, they have a rule not to occupy sun beds until 8:30 and the hotel staff collected towels and things and took them to the towel distribution tent, drawing up an act that they took away. This gives a chance to find places for those people who can't get up very early.
During the day, waiters on roller skates deliver drinks, but we mostly went by ourselves.
Very good animation, I liked shooting and darts, thanks to the animator (unfortunately, I did not remember his name). Branded caps/purses/bags were always pressed for participation.
My daughter appreciated the kids' club, there were always some classes (doing crafts, playing games), but sometimes they offered paid ones (painting T-shirts or riding a banana). In the evening there was a children's disco or performance.
Thanks to the animators of the children's club (there are also many Russian speakers).
This hotel has excellent shows, evening shows every day, and once a week large-scale shows with performances by circus artists.
There is a foam disco once a week in the afternoon.
There is a water park for both children and adults.
The shops on the ground floor have everything you need, no more expensive than in the neighboring bazaars.
Since this hotel is very large and not entirely new, there are naturally some nuances.
- First of all, the dishes in the restaurant are not always clean.
- The staff is also very active in offering to bring drinks that you can take yourself, and used plates may be on the table at the same time.
- The kettle broke down quickly in our room, it was obvious that it had been leaking for a long time (it was replaced quickly, the staff worked very quickly).
- I heard about the renovation of the rooms in the 20th year, but we had a slightly "tired" room, although this did not affect our rest in any way.
- our rooms were clearly above the technical area, cars often came there, unloaded something. Since the floor is low, the audibility was good. In general, the sound insulation is not very good. There was also running around the corridors and moving furniture in the next room.
- because of the heat, the water in the pools is just hot, it would be very good if at least one of the pools kept the temperature cooler.
In general, it turned out to be a rest without leaving the hotel, which is why we actually came here.

Everything is delicious here. Good territory. Several pools. Baths and saunas are included in the price. There is a tennis court, we often played. Live music and contests in the evening. And 24-hour bars. And it's not just about drinks, but you can always eat. A large selection of sweets. There are a lot of zones for photo shoots)) The only thing was a little confused by the Ala Card restaurants. There are several of them. It would be possible to improve the interior of all restaurants and the quality of dishes, here we are talking about Italian. The beach area. Now there is an active preparation for the summer and it is difficult to assess. While almost no one is swimming, the pier is being restored and the sand is being leveled with sun beds. But I think it will be done quickly. Mostly foreigners are vacationing. Most of all Germans, British, then Russians, etc. Surprisingly, many Germans do not speak English. However, all are friendly vacationers, regardless of political views. Everyone is smiling.
To summarize. I definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation. The hotel team did well. They are trying and it is obvious.

I had a rest in March 24. One of the few hotels that is open in March. I'm not picky. But, they were not allowed to go to the beach at 0.00, the guard was standing at the closed gate. The waiters in the restaurant turn to you and say bye-bye, but I don't know him. I'm a guest, I'm not interested in meeting a hotel employee. I don't need the winks of the waiter at the bar. I need a quiet rest. When you check out, the hotel's bracelet will be removed from you - it is with the number. But, upon departure, after handing over the keys and towels, and saying goodbye. I had to go back to the reception because the receptionist did not take off my bracelet in time. These are all small things, maybe someone will think that I'm being picky, but this is a 5-star hotel. There are not many guests, please be more polite and attentive to the guests. And even more, sooooo carefully go out on the balcony after the rain. Very! slippery tiles. No one will put a wet floor icon on your balcony, just like when entering the hotel after the rain.

We have been staying at the hotel since 30.01.24. In short, I expected more, there is some disappointment. This is not our first vacation according to the winter concept, we previously vacationed in Alva Donna Belek and Pappilon Aysha.
Among the main advantages, I will highlight the variety and quality of food, alcohol and drinks, a warm outdoor pool and spa, the interior of both public areas and rooms.
Cons (significant for us): the luna park does not work, the children's club is closed, the waiters in the main restaurant do not remove dirty dishes from the table, tasteless desserts, the territory is small, uninteresting. There is a feeling of abandonment of areas that are not used in winter, this has not been seen before. For example, green pools of water parks with a bunch of pretty leaves, a children's club littered with something. For that kind of money, you expect a little bit different.

Meeting 5 points - arrived at 8.20 am - check-in is supposed to be at 14.00. They gave out bracelets and sent them for breakfast. At 11:00 the room was ready and checked in.
Service - 5 points. The service throughout the hotel is at a very high level.
Housekeeping, waiters, bartenders - all 5 points.
Food, alcohol - 5 points.
There is a lot of different animation activity despite the weak season.
The main vacationers are German citizens.
Overall, a great stay.

The best hotel in Turkey, I didn't think that. One thing is to get premium service on the Turkish coast. If the comfort, care and attentiveness of the staff, then this is definitely the hotel for you. Rich and varied food in the restaurant. At one of the dinners, mussels, oysters and boiled Crayfish were given out. Throughout the day and all nights, you can order various alcoholic cocktails, a list of 30 cocktails and foreign alcohol. An indoor and heated outdoor pool is available during the off-season. There are a lot of locations with drinks and food on the territory. I have been using this system since 2015. This time I was in for a big disappointment. The hotel has ceased to be a premium class. There is no author's serving of dishes. The Gougirls are performing in the arena. Russian Russians are practically non-existent (I couldn't understand why, but as it turned out, the cost of a tour package for Russians is 2 times more than for Europeans and Asians). Therefore, the former Turks who left for Germany and the Kyrgyz, with the Kazakhs, are worried about the hotel. Tourists do not observe the food course. They leave mountains of food behind. I was shocked by what I saw. Waiters prefer to serve foreigners. Apparently for baksheesh. The only thing that pleased me was the sea. I was the only one who practically bathed in it, the rest preferred to barge 24/7. By the way, in September 2022, I bought a tour to this hotel. But I couldn't get into Dolphin Imperial, the representative of Odeon tour explained that the hotel owner considers us an aggressor, and refused to accept Russian tourists (as it turned out later, Odeon and Coral simply bribed me for money, sending me under the "Fortune 5 stars" program).
The flight finished me off. The flight was postponed three times. I paid for an expensive tour, taking into account that I had an early check-in and a late check-out. In fact, it turned out to be the opposite early. The day was stolen from me. We flew on the Azuravia drendolet, put two additional seats in each row. As a result, many tourists could not fit into the chair, and people stood all the way.
