Past the restaurant, food at every step, there is its own chocolate bar, a coffee shop with desserts, an alley that leads to the sea, will also not leave you hungry, baby potatoes, fast food. fruits and vegetables, drinks....Various parties are held, the beach is gorgeous, the pier is serviced, the bar is filled in the room, wine was left at the bar for $ 2) There are Ala-maps for free. In general, I can only sing laudatory odes to this hotel))) Proximity to the airport, 20 minutes and you are there. We were in mid-October for 3 adults for 7 nights for 128 tons, now the price is of course sky-high! But I would never go back there again!!!
We had a vacation at Dolphin Imperial in February 2024! The hotel is huge and beautiful! The service is excellent! The staff is smart and friendly! Delicious food and drinks! There are many restaurants and bars where delicious food and cocktails are prepared! Pastries and desserts for every taste! Baklava has many types of weather in February was very warm up to 30 degrees Celsius in the afternoon! The rooms are huge, the bed linen is new and beautiful, the bathrobes are snow-white!

By the pool, they have a rule not to occupy sun beds until 8:30 and the hotel staff collected towels and things and took them to the towel distribution tent, drawing up an act that they took away. This gives a chance to find places for those people who can't get up very early.

And 24-hour bars. And it's not just about drinks, but you can always eat. A large selection of sweets. There are a lot of zones for photo shoots)) The only thing was a little confused by the Ala Card restaurants. There are several of them. It would be possible to improve the interior of all restaurants and the quality of dishes, here we are talking about Italian. The beach area. Now there is an active preparation for the summer and it is difficult to assess. While almost no one is swimming, the pier is being restored and the sand is being leveled with sun beds. But I think it will be done quickly. Mostly foreigners are vacationing. Most of all Germans, British, then Russians, etc. Surprisingly, many Germans do not speak English. However, all are friendly vacationers, regardless of political views. Everyone is smiling.

Vacation September 2024. The hotel is large-scale, beautiful and stately. The food is excellent, for every taste. 8 Ala-carte restaurants, we noted Italian - attention and time should be given. There is a wonderful coffee shop with desserts in the reception area. There are enough staff, everyone is busy with their own business. Among the recommendations: upgrade the rooms and sun loungers on the beach- spoil the overall impression of the hotel. Clean the room more carefully.

I had a rest in March 24. One of the few hotels that is open in March. I'm not picky. But, they were not allowed to go to the beach at 0.00, the guard was standing at the closed gate. The waiters in the restaurant turn to you and say bye-bye, but I don't know him. I'm a guest, I'm not interested in meeting a hotel employee. I don't need the winks of the waiter at the bar. I need a quiet rest. When you check out, the hotel's bracelet will be removed from you - it is with the number. But, upon departure, after handing over the keys and towels, and saying goodbye. I had to go back to the reception because the receptionist did not take off my bracelet in time. These are all small things, maybe someone will think that I'm being picky, but this is a 5-star hotel. There are not many guests, please be more polite and attentive to the guests. And even more, sooooo carefully go out on the balcony after the rain. Very! slippery tiles. There is a feeling of abandonment of areas that are not used in winter, this has not been seen before. For example, green pools of water parks with a bunch of pretty leaves, a children's club littered with something. For that kind of money, you expect a little bit different.

I have been using this system since 2015. This time I was in for a big disappointment. The hotel has ceased to be a premium class. There is no author's serving of dishes. The Gougirls are performing in the arena. Russian Russians are practically non-existent (I couldn't understand why, but as it turned out, the cost of a tour package for Russians is 2 times more than for Europeans and Asians). Therefore, the former Turks who left for Germany and the Kyrgyz, with the Kazakhs, are worried about the hotel. Tourists do not observe the food course. They leave mountains of food behind. I was shocked by what I saw. Waiters prefer to serve foreigners. Apparently for baksheesh. The only thing that pleased me was the sea. I was the only one who practically bathed in it, the rest preferred to barge 24/7. By the way, in September 2022, I bought a tour to this hotel. But I couldn't get into Dolphin Imperial, the representative of Odeon tour explained that the hotel owner considers us an aggressor, and refused to accept Russian tourists (as it turned out later, Odeon and Coral simply bribed me for money, sending me under the "Fortune 5 stars" program).
The flight finished me off. The flight was postponed three times. I paid for an expensive tour, taking into account that I had an early check-in and a late check-out. In fact, it turned out to be the opposite early. The day was stolen from me. We flew on the Azuravia drendolet, put two additional seats in each row. As a result, many tourists could not fit into the chair, and people stood all the way.
I expected more from the hotel. The food in the main restaurant is good, but the patisserie is very weak. Pyrodenes are not very good. And the choice of tea is bad.
